Topic: You are a senior CEO of a successful corporation. One of your old
friends is going to set up a new business and wrote to you to ask for
experience. Write an email (120-140 words) to give him/her your advice on a
start-up business plan.

Dear Tu,
I am writing to ask for your advice on your startup business plan.
As you shared with me, you are a person with a strong passion for sneakers so I
think you should start a shoe fashion business.
First about the location, your store should be located on the main road and its rent
is 100$ per month. You should decorate the shop in modern style with budget is
50$.
Secondly, your target customers should be young people with average incomes.
You can provide products with high quality and cheap to meet their needs.
Besides, should discount for customers with large orders. About the source of
goods, you need to go to famous shoe manufacturing companies and sign a
contract to buy and sell at a price that can bring me a lot of profit. There are many
big brands to bargain on price. And you need to raise funds from investors, your
family, your friends… for your store.
Regarding marketing, you should build your own website and advertise products
on online forums. In-store advertising should be strongly implemented through
product discounts and gift giving.
Here are some of my suggestions for your business plans. You can refer it to build
your business plan.
