personalized training the quality of service is good and limited to the consumer because the
schedule of their intervals does not exceed a shift, as well as non-human work tools (bars,
dumbbells).
The challenge facing the owners Michael and Tina is to solve the debt and the lack of customers
as well as the organization in the store itself because the distribution of tasks covers in disorder
and the partner Marcus finds a business opportunity to promote and facilitate investment and
through new proposals in the work by positioning Tina exclusively in the protein cookies and
Michael for the administration of the GYM.
As a result of the new prospectus, when the family business was evaluated, a series of errors
were identified, be it in the design of the gym, personal ego in the positioning of the business,
man-hours lost due to not using the installed capacity at 100% and consequently the
generation of constant losses of money due to the accumulation of rent payments and loans.
It is important to establish the positioning and define which and how many of these services to
offer, or to decide whether to specialize in a specific one.
Chapter 2
DEVELOPMENT:
PRO FITNES, a company that provides personalized fitness training services,is owned by
Michael and Tina, a married couple who manage all their processes in a very empirical way,
both in the exercise activities and in the products they offer to their clients, such as protein
cookies that have a very simple packaging presentation.
The family business is managed by Michael, who is directly responsible for the training. He
overshadows Tina because he has a very high personal ego that leads him to make a series of
mistakes when making decisions, he has no knowledge of the business, much conformism and
fear of change not allowing him to offer a better service to his customers, generating many
losses and accumulating debts for renting the premises and financial loans.
The business at this stage is very rudimentary and has little technical support and little vision
for growth.
In the meantime, MARCUS arrives, an entrepreneur who takes interest in the Pro fitnes
business, makes a preliminary diagnosis of the processes within the business, noticing
immediately the lack of business notion of one of the partners, in addition to the very
impetuous and egocentric personality.
The study immediately highlighted Michael's tenacity and training endurance, and the cookie is
a good product with a very pleasant taste.
