 This operating instruction is intended to provide users with the proper information
required for correct operation and maintenance of BenQ surgical tables. In order to
avoid danger to patient or users and/or damage to the tables, please review the contents
of this instruction thoroughly and carefully before use.
This information contained in this instruction is subject to change without prior notice.
BenQ STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY
BenQ warrants all new surgical tables sold by it directly or through a dealer or other authorized
representatives, with expectation to replacement parts, spares, pads, and accessories, to be free
from defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one year.
The warranty period shall begin with one year after shipment from BenQ.
BenQ’s responsibility and liability shall be limited to the replacement of any parts which we,
BenQ, determine to be defective within the applicable warranty period, labor will not be included in
the warranty coverage. No dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to extend or enlarge this
warranty.

 SUMMARY OF SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Because of the extreme positioning capability of this table, multiple function
positioning requires user’s special attention for possible interference points. The
user has the ultimate responsibility of preventing damage to the table and nearby
equipment or injury to the patient and surgical team.

WARNING:

TIPPING HAZARD:
⊙ Do not manipulate table unless floor locks are fully engaged.
⊙ Always lock floor locks while patient is on table.
⊙ Obese patients might cause table tipping if not centered with center of the table.
⊙ Always stabilize table when in transferring patient.

PINCHING HAZARD: Pinch points are composed in extreme tabletop articulations.

User should be aware of and examine these points before
operating the table.

⊙ Potential pinch and/or crush hazard exists if hands or fingers are placed between
edges of back and seat plates during extreme back plate posturing.

FAILURE HARZARD:
⊙ Do not use BenQ table parts or accessories for other than their stated function or
parts or accessories manufactured by other manufacturers to avoid possible
patient injury, user injury, or table or accessory failure.
⊙ For safe and reliable operation of the table, installation, maintenance and repair of
the equipment must be done only by qualified service personnel. Preventive
maintenance of the table requires a regular schedule.
⊙ Serious injury or table damage may result if user of the table is not fully familiar
with the controls for table operation and needed positioning for patients.

SQUEEZING HAZARD:
⊙ Do not place foot under table base when unlocking the table.

TRIPPING HAZARD:
⊙ Route power cord to socket in a proper position so that personnel around the area
will not be tripped.

EXPLOSION HAZARD:
⊙ Do not surgical table or recharge the batteries in the presence of flammable
anesthetics.

PATIENT INJURY HAZARD：

⊙ Using high-frequency devices, defibrillators and defibrillator monitors exposes the
patient to burn hazard due to contact with metal components in the device or
accessories and/ or if resting on wet drapes or electrically conductive padding. Avoid
any contact between the patient and metallic components; never use moist of wet
surgical drapes. Be absolutely sure to comply with the manufacturers operating
instructions.
⊙ Electrical devices (e.g. cell phones, radio, magnetic resonance tomographs) can
interfere with the functioning of the product when used near the product. Please note
the information concerning electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) (radiation and
resistance to interference) contained in the Safety Declaration. Adhere to those
specifications when using electrical devices and respond properly in the event of
effects on the device or the product.

 INFECTION HAZARD：
⊙ Rubber or plastic gloves, masks and eye protection must be worn when cleaning to
protect against aerosols being reflected from contaminated surfaces.

PERSONNEL INJURY HAZARD：

⊙ Do not use phenolics, which may cause patient skin burns if inadequately rinsed off, or
alcohol, which does not contain sufficient cleaning or disinfecting properties.

CAUTION:

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE:
1. Always connect power cord plug to correct power
supply.

2. Make sure that grounding is always properly done.

3. Route cord of hand controller away from any pitch points to avoid possible cord
damage.
4. Hang hand controller on side rails of table when not in
use to avoid possible damage.

5. No heavy objects place on or no trolley run over power

cord to cause damage and danger.

6. Do not place arm board on top of side-rails of back and

seat section frames during back plate posturing above
horizontal position to cause damage on the arm board.

7. Do not sit on head rest or foot/leg plates to cause damage. Maximum

load-carrying of head rest and foot/leg plate is 40kg(88lb) each. When foot/leg
plates open is over 45°, only load under 20kg(44lb).

8. With the optional X-ray cassette top, do not raise back
plate over 30°.

9. Please restore the table in the central position and

descend the table after used slide function of head or
foot.

10. Do not use table column base for storage.

11. Do not spray cleaning fluid, especially water, into any inside electrical devices or
components of the table to avoid possible short-circuit, corrosion, and malfunction.

12. In some extreme articulation, tabletop may touch base and/or column shrouds.
Pay attention on positioning of the table to avoid damage to base and/or to
shrouds.
13. Suggested optimum time for changing hydraulic oil (ISO VG32 or equivalent) is
about 3 years to maintain satisfactory performance and safety of the table to avoid
possible damage on oil pump motor.
14. Make sure that power supply is disconnected before servicing.
15. Maximum continuous driving time of table is 2 minutes. More than 2 minutes may
result in malfunction.

NOTE:
⊙ With an even-weight load distribution on the tabletop, all table positioning functions
will operate smoothly and quietly with up to a 150kg (330 lbs) patient weight load
only when floor locked. Before loading it with a heavier weights consulting us.

CAUTION:
1. Do not move surgical table unless floor-locking system is unlocked fully to prevent
rubber pad on floor locking cylinders from being damaged.
2. Table on a pallet must be moved to floor in the direction of electrical-control-panel
end of column base to prevent floor-locking cylinders in another end of column
base from being damaged while crashing against floor.
3. Always follow『2.3 procedure』to operate floor lock/unlock system prior to surgical
table right after using『Emergency Override Floor Unlock Device』 to unlock floor
locking system.
4. A warning that other cables and accessories may negatively affect EMC
performance. Use only approved accessories, such as power cord.
5. A statement that mobile RF communications equipment can effect medical
electrical equipment.
6. A warning regarding stacking and location close to other equipment.
7. In order to avoid electromagnetic waves interfere with other medical equipment,
please use the original accessories provided by the maker.
8. The items below are the accessories that may be attached to the surgical table.

9. When disposing of this product, be sure to comply with the applicable national
regulations on the handling and disposal of used equipment.

 CHAPTER 1 SECTION INTRODUCTION

1.1 GENERAL
NOT-5600 Series are electro-hydraulically operated, surgical tables. There are
mostly identical except for the special functions.
NOT-5600: Is based on needs of general and major surgery to have optimal
versatility.
S Function: The table Is based on needs of

 With using its telescopic traction device, repositioning procedures
of femoral, tibia, and fibula fracture can be performed under
fluoroscopic observation through C-Arm’s monitor.
The traction device directly connects to tabletop to allow
simultaneous movement between the tabletop and traction device,
such as elevation up/down, Trendeleburg/Reverse Trendeleburg, and
lateral tilt when processing a patient’s fracture. It has dual joins and
telescopic traction arms to achieve perfect patient positioning, C-arm
access, easy setting-up, and space saving.
K Function: It provides a built-in kidney
(K series) bridge mechanism to perfectly

kidney surgical procedures.

1.2 POWER REQUIREMENT

The examining tables require a 115,
230Va.c., 50/60Hz electrical power
supply. The tables equips with a UL
E91195 listed power cord with a
standard three-prong plug. Internal 6
Amps (for 115Va.c.) or 5 Amps (for 230V Fuses Power Switch
a.c.) fuses are located in fuse panel.

1.3 CONNECTION BETWEEN HAND-HELD CONTROLLER AND TABLE

Before connecting the controller, made
sure the “male” of socket on the hand
controller fits into the “female” socket on
another end of the table base. After
fully insertion, secure the outer ring
clockwise to lock the connection.

 CHAPTER 2 OPERATING INSTRUCTION

First time use Table Instruction

◎ Check the following points
(1) Pads: Check all the mattress pads for any damage.
(2) Tabletop plates: Check all the tabletop plates for any damage.
(3) Oil leakage: Check the floor and the column base surface for any hydraulic oil.
(4) Power cord and plug: Check the power cord for any exposed wire and the plug for
any damage.
(5) Power switch: Press the power switch and check that the power or battery indicator
on the hand control comes on.
(6) Hand control: Press the buttons on the hand control and check that each function
operates normally.
(7) Tabletop: Hold both sides of the back plate, move the plate up and down, and back
and forth, and check that the tabletop is stable.

2.1 ADJUSTMENT THROUGH HAND CONTROLLER
The hand-held controller has a clip hanger on the back of the controller.
This allows storage of the controller on the side rails of the table.
The control system utilizes microprocessors located in the table base to
control all electrical parts and functions.

Caution:
1. The recognized symbols for all functions on the hand controller are
determined by standing at the head end of the tabletop and face to the
foot-end.
2. Press the functional button must be complete within valid time (30 sec.). The
function increases safety against unintentional adjustments and avoids
damaged the surgical tables.
3. When press 2 different FUNCTIONAL buttons at the same time, the hand
controller will lock and freeze all operation automatically. Only press 1
button at the time.

2.2 ELECTRICAL POWER
1. Plug the power cord into the proper mains.
2. Turn on power switch on the table base.

3. Press the power switch “ ”on the

hand-held controller to be ready for
operation.

2.3 FLOOR LOCK AND UNLOCK

⊙ To switch on the mechanical brakes and fix
the surgical table by brake.

To raise the tabletop, press “ ” button.

2.5 TABLETOP DOWN (TABLE DOWN)

2.6 TRENDELENBURG (TREND.)

To place the tabletop in a Trendeleburg (head
down) position, press ” ” button.

2.7 REVERSE TRENDELENBURG (REV.TREND.)
To place the tabletop in a Reverse Trendeleburg

2.8 LATERAL TILT – RIGHT (TILT R.)
To reach lateral tilt right (as viewed from head-end side),
press ” ” button.

2.9 LATERAL TILT – LEFT (TILT L.)
To reach lateral tilt left (as viewed from head-end side),

2.10 BACK PLATE UP (BACK UP)
To raise the back section (as viewed from

To lower the back section (as viewed from
head-end side), press “ ” button.

2.12 SLIDING TO HEAD END (ONLY NOT-5600S、5600SK) (SLIDE HEAD)

To slide the tabletop to head side, press “ ”

2.14 FLEX (KIDNEY/GALL BLADDER ELEVATION) (FLEX)
Pre-programmed controls the functions ”
Reverse Trendelenburg, ” and “ back
down ” alternately until a Flex position is
achieved. Press “ ” button.

2.15 REFLEX (REV. FLEX)

Pre-programmed controls the functions
“ Trendelenburg, ” and “back up, ”
alternately until a Reflex position is achieved.
Press “ ” buttons.

2.16 FOOT / LEG PLATES

⊙Bending:
By pulling the bending trigger at the joint
of foot plates outward and lift up slightly on
the foot plates side rail, the clutch is
loosened. And the individual plate can be
rotated both vertically and horizontally.
The position range is from horizontal to 15°
above / 90° below, in 15° increments.

⊙Opening and Detachment:

To reposition the leg section horizontally,
loosen the lock handle at lease one
counterclockwise turn. The split foot

2.17 HEAD REST
1. A quick release positioning bar located
under and to the front of the head rest is
used to raise or lower the head rest. Pull Quick Release

allow the section to move up or down.

90° below horizontal in 15° increments is
available.

2. Release the bar to lock the head rest in

position. The head rest may be removed
by loosening the locking knob and pull it
straight out of the back plate.

˙Repositioning
By pulling the stop lever to adjust horizontal position up to 180 °.
˙Detachment
By pulling the locking handle, the arm board will be removed from side-rail.

Caution:
Arm board may be damaged as a result of the following:
a. To avoid damage to arm board, make sure they are kept away from the
top of side rails of both back plate and seat plate when raise back
plate up.
b. Overload: arm board loading exceeds maximum rating. Maximum
weight-load for arm board is 10kg(22lb).

2.19 Adjustment of Kidney Bridge ( 5600K, SK, SKF only )
A removable crank handle can be inserted into a hole located on the back
plate near head plate to elevate or lower kidney-bridge board. A selection
between using which side of the hole to elevate or lower the kidney-bridge
would eliminate any obstacles for surgical team during surgical procedures.
The kidney-bridge board is translucent and can be slightly swiveled as patient
weight distribution varies during height adjustment of kidney-bridge board.

 SECTION 3 : PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

3.1 GENERAL
WARNING: TABLE FAILURE HARZARD –
 Repairs and adjustments must be performed only by trained personnel using BenQ
authorized replacement parts.
 The safe and reliable operation of this equipment requires regularly scheduled
preventive maintenance in addition to the proper performance of the routine
maintenance.
 Repairs, and adjustments done by inexperienced, unqualified personnel or use of
unauthorized parts could cause personal injury, invalidate the warranty, or result in
costly damage.
Maintenance procedures should be performed at regular intervals, as indicated.
The frequency indicated is the minimum, and should be increased if usage of the table
demands.
NOTE:
 If table is to be placed in extended storage, make sure batteries are disconnected
and check batteries before reconnecting.

3.2 CLEANING / DISINFECTING PROCEDURES

WARNING: PERSONAL INJURY HAZARD –

Do not use phenolics, which may cause patient skin burns if inadequately rinsed off, or
alcohol, which does not contain sufficient cleaning or disinfecting properties.
CAUTION:
1. Cleaning procedures requiring table articulation should be performed only by persons,
who are familiar with table operation.
2. Do not spray cleaning fluid, especially water, into any inside electrical devices or
components of the table to avoid possible short-circuit, corrosion, malfunction, and
shock hazard to surgical team or service personnel.
3. The table design allows easy cleaning and disinfection.
4. The mattress pads may be cleaned and disinfected by using normal cleaning
methods. The mattress pads can be removed to facilitate cleaning or their
replacement.
5. Use of aggressive cleaning preparations may lead to removal of color or damage of
the mattress pads. Prior to using any cleaning materials, please carry out an
appropriate test on the mattress pads at some point is normally hidden.

3.2.1 AFTER EACH USAGE

a. Cleaning mattress pads and tabletop
The mattress pads and tabletop should be cleaned just prior to or immediately after
each usage. Use disinfectant for this purpose. Please make sure that the table is
dry by removing any substances with a dry lint-free cloth. Use a mild alkaline general
detergent (soap suds) containing tensides and phosphates as its active cleaning
agents for cleaning the surgical table and its accessories. If the surfaces are
extremely dirty, a concentrated detergent should be used. This will make it
necessary to wipe down the surfaces using a cloth wet with clear water.
NOTE:
 Only use as much water as is absolutely necessary and immediately remove any
excess water with a dry cloth.
b. Cleaning the column and base shrouds
Raising tabletop to the highest level, so that the surface of the column and base

 shrouds can be cleaned.
c. Turning off hand control and the power switch on the base when finished
cleaning.
Disinfection
Use a commercial aldehyde-based surface disinfectant in an aqueous solution for
manual disinfection of the surgical tabletop.
NOTE:
The disinfectant must not contain the substances specified below:
 Chlorine or compounds which could liberate chlorine, since they will attack metal
surfaces.
 Alcohol or alcohol-containing compounds will attack plastic parts such as mattress
pads (Hand disinfectants contain alcohol!).
NOTE:
 Never spray the disinfectant directly into the joints between the segments of the
surgical table.

3.2.2 AT END OF EACH DAY

Check table casters for any accumulated debris and clean casters.

3.2.3 BI-WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

Operate each table function. Operation should be smooth and quiet. If it is not,
have a qualified technician repair the table. Never permit inexperienced, unqualified
persons to attempt to make any repairs to the table.

3.2.4 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

WARNING: ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD –

Do not remove covers. Under cover access by authorized service personnel only.
1. Clean floor locks and casters.
2. Remove any oil (suture, floor wax, etc.) that may have accumulated on casters.

3.3 CHANGE FUSES

Two replaceable fuses (6A for 115 Va.c., 5A for 230 Va.c.) are located in fuse panel in
the table base. If one or two of the fuses are blown, replace as following:
1. Disconnect AC power cord from mains.
2. To access the fuses, open the cap of fuse holder with a screwdriver.
3. Remove blown fuse(s) and replace.
4. Push the cap back into connected position with a screwdriver and reconnect AC
power cord to mains.

3.4 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE GUIDE
This following preventive maintenance checks and service are to be used as a
record and, along with Section 3 instruction, as a guide to perform regular
maintenance in order to ensure the serviceability and proper operation of your
BenQ surgical tables.

 安全及一般警告与注意事项
因为本手术台的优异运动定位功能，用户必须特别注意定位过程中可能的冲突点。
用户对于防止本产品的损坏或病患、手术工作人员的伤害有最后的责任。

倾倒危险：
⊙ 请勿操作此手术台除非已经完成底座剎车。
⊙ 务必完成底座剎车，当转换病患至手术台前。
⊙ 过重病患可能导致手术台倾倒，如果病患的体重并非均匀分布于台面中心位置。
⊙ 当转换病患时，务必先将手术台稳定住。
挟伤危险： 台面各种运动行程的可能导致尽头人员挟伤。
使用者在使用此手术台前检查这些可能的挟伤点。
⊙ 潜在的挟伤和压伤危险会存在，如果手部或手指放置于背板与腰板间的夹缝中(箭头所
示)，当背板往上或往下运动至尽头时(如下图所示)。

错误危险：
⊙ 请勿使用明基三丰手术台配件在不应该使用的地方或功能，或使用非明基三丰制造的手
术台配件以避免对手术台/配件发生损坏或对病患/人员发生伤害。
⊙ 为达到安全和可靠的使用，手术台的安装、维护、和维修必须由明基三丰认可合格之工
程师执行。 预防性的维护工作必须按照时程执行。
⊙ 严重的人员伤害或机件损坏可能会发生，如果使用者对此手术台的操作与控制不熟悉。
压伤危险：
⊙ 请勿把脚部置放在底座下，当释放底座剎车时。
绊倒危险：
⊙ 请缠绕电源线于适当的位置，以避免手术工作人员被绊倒。
触电危险：
⊙ 请勿操作或维修此机台，当电气检修盖或控制零组件被移走时。
爆炸危险：
⊙ 请勿操作此机台，当处于可燃性麻醉气体环境时。
病患受伤危险：
⊙ 抗静电床垫和其他高频医疗设备如心脏起搏器和心脏起搏监视器一起使用时，可能产生
病患皮肤受到灼伤的危险。床垫和病人皮肤之间的绝缘性请注意观察，床单潮湿的时候
会影响绝缘性。请仔细阅读生产厂家产品说明中有关可能会影响病人安全的部分。
⊙ 本产品于正常操作使用时，请遵守手术区严禁使用手机(PHS、小灵通、CDMA、GSM…
等)、无线电话、无线电及核磁共振设备，以避免干扰本产品的运作，而危害到病患；另
其它过强之电磁波干扰亦应避免。
感染危险：
⊙ 清洁时，请穿戴手套、口罩、眼护以防止清洁喷剂从污染表面回弹。
人员受伤危险：
⊙ 仅限使用一般推荐使用的清洁液和消毒液于手术台。勿使用酒精，因其无法达到清洁及
消毒的要求。勿使用含酚类消毒剂来消毒床垫，因若冲洗不充足时会烧伤病患的皮肤。

注意
设备损坏：
1. 务必把电源插头插在适当的电源规格插座(如右图所示)。

2. 确认适当地完成电源接地。
3. 务必把手按控制器的弹簧线避开任何台面运动的挟压点，以避免可能的损坏。
4. 当不使用时，务必把手按控制器挂在台面旁的不锈钢轨上，
以避免可能的损坏(如右图所示)。

5. 请勿置放重物于电源在线或让推车碾过电源线，以避免可
能的损坏与危险(如右图所示)。

6. 请勿将手臂板置放在背板与腰板间的不锈钢轨上，以避免
当背板向上运动时，对此手臂板造成可能的弯曲损坏(如右
图所示)。

7. 请勿让病患坐在头板、手臂板、与脚板上，以避免过重重量可能造成的弯曲损坏。 头
板与脚板的单片最大载重量 40kg(88lb)，但当两脚板分开超过 45°时，仅可承载
20kg(44lb)以下。
8. 装上台面 X-光板后，请勿将背板向上运动超过 30°，以避
免 X-光板碰撞损坏(如右图所示)。

9. 请于使用台面向头部端或脚部端平移功能后，先将台面滑
动(恢复)至中心位置，再下降，以避免台面无法下降(如右
图所示)。

10. 请勿将物品或配件置放于底座不锈钢外盖上，以避免不可

预期的设备或人员的伤害(如右图所示)。

11. 请勿使用清洁剂喷洒或冲洗底座，特别是使用清水，因为可能导致内部的电气控制系

统短路损坏、零组件生锈、或故障。
12. 在一些台面运动至尽头时， 请特别注意台面可能碰触底座和/或检修盖。
13. 建议约每 3 年更换油压专用油(ISO VG32 或相等级油品) ，以保持优异的功能性与安

全性，以避免损坏油压马达。
14. 请确认于维修保养前，先切断供应电源。
15. 请勿连续操作油压马达超过 2 分钟以上，以避免故障，此油压马达内有自我过热保护

装置，一但过热时，此油压马达会自动切断供应电源保护，请于油压马达自动降温至
适当温度后，再行启动。

备注：
⊙ 病患重量不宜超过 150kg(330lb，以升降柱中心为依据)，而且底座剎车装置已被启动
完成时，可确保所有台面运动功能可以平顺地和安静地运转。 当需要承载病患重量超
过 150kg(330lb)时，请先查询本公司客户服务部如何调整因应。

注意：
1. 严禁使用者任意移动手术台，除非手术台已完成释放剎车系统。
2. 手术台下栈板时必须从控制系统方向(手术台头部)的轮子着地，以避免剎车装置
直接撞击地面，造成剎车装置损坏。
3. 用户使用剎车释放装置来释放手术台剎车系统前，须详读 2.3 节『启动与释放剎
车装置』。
4. 警告：其他电缆线和配件可能会对电磁兼容( EMC )性能产生负面影响。使用经
认可的配件，如电源线。
5. 声明：移动(手机)射频通信设备可影响医疗电气设备。
6. 警告：勿堆栈和摆放位置接近其他医疗电气设备。
7. 为了避免电磁波干扰等医疗设备，请使用由制造商提供的原装配件。
8. 下面列出了可能会附加在手术台的所有配件：
a. 电源线 (线材长度：3,320mm ±50 毫米)
b. 手控制 (线材长度：4,900mm ±50 毫米)
c. 脚控制 (线材长度：1,750mm ±50 毫米)
9. 产品含有的某些材料的弃置，可能需要由一间有适当的危险废弃物处理执照和许

1.1 一般特性介绍
NOT-5600 是由微处理器配合电动油压结构所驱动的多功能性手术台。 所有机型
大致相同，除了各个机型所特有的特殊功能。

NOT-5600 ： 是针对一般性和大型手术的需要而设计，可达到良好的功能通用性。
S 代表功能 ： 是针对一般性和大型手术的需要而设
(仅”S”系列 计，可由 30cm 的台面水平前后滑动功
有此功能) 能向头部端或脚部端滑动配合 C 型臂 X
光机作全身透视或摄影，以达到最佳的

F 代表功能 ： 提供一组可拆卸特别强化的骨科牵引
(仅”F”系列 架来满足外科手术中腿部打开与闭合
有此功能) 时腿部与臀部的置放、AO 技术、臀部
与腿部肢体 X 光透视检查的需要。本牵
引架提供一对可伸缩性支臂能让病患
骨科牵引架组
的肢体作定位与固定，并且可接 C 形臂
以利手术进行。
K 代表功能 ： 提供一组固定的顶腰架机构以满足胸
(仅”K”系列 腔与肾脏外科手术的需要。其中顶腰板
有此功能) 能顶起的最大高度约 12.5 公分（4.9 英
吋），同时能将影像增强器放置于台面
之下以方便手术之进行。
内建式顶腰架

◎ 所有电动手术台位置调整功能由－
手按控制器控制：台面上升/下降、前/后倾倒纵转、左/右侧转、背板上升/下降、腰部上升（成
顶腰姿势）、 腰部下降（成半坐位姿势）、和台面水平向头部/脚部平移
（仅 5600S、SK、SKF）。

手动性控制方面（定位调整）：头板、手板、脚板、顶腰装置（内建式）。 额外选购的可
拆卸式顶腰架可由两侧的任何一侧，以操作顶腰游戏杆至需
高度，并可配合明基三丰所有手术台使用。

1.2 电源规格要求
此 NOT-5600 系列手术台需要 115 或 230Va.c,
50/60Hz 的供应电源。 此手术台配备有经 UL
E91195 认证 3 脚式(含接地线)电源线。 一只 6 安
培 (115Va.c. 电压使用) 或 5 安培 (230 V a.c.电压
使用) 的保险丝被安装在底座后面的保险丝面板

1.3 手按控制器与机台的连接
在连接手按控制器前，请确认在底座上的连接插
座的母座与手按控制器上的公座相吻合。 在完全
的连接后，务必把有内侧螺纹的”固定外环”完全地

 第 2 章 : 操作说明

首次使用说明
◎ 请确实检查下列各项目
(1)海棉垫：请检查所有的海棉垫是否完整无破损。
(2)床板：请检查所有的床板是否完整无破损。
(3)油泄漏：请检查地板、手术台底座的表面是否有任何的油压油泄漏痕迹。
(4)电源线与插头：请检查电源线是否有电线裸露，及插头是否完整无破损。
(5)电源开关：请按压电源开关，并检查手按控制器上的电源及电池指示灯号是否
显示正常。
(6)手按控制器：请按压手按控制器上的功能按键，并检查每一个操作功能是否正
常。
(7)台面：握住背板两侧的钢轨，将手术台任意方向晃动，以检查台面是否稳固。

2.1 手按控制器的功能
此手按控制器背面有一金属固定挂钩，可被使用于固定安置在台面外围任何一处不
锈钢轨上。此控制系统使用在底座内的计算机微处理机，来控制所有的电子和电机零
组件与功能。

注意：
1. 此手按控制器面板上所有的台面位置调整键上的符号是以『站在手术台头部面向
脚部』的位置。
2. 台面位置的调整皆必须在有效时间（30 秒）内按下需要的台面位置调整功能键，
以避免因不小心的台面运动误操作而对病患或机台造成伤害。
3. 当同时按下两个位置调整功能键时，此控制功能会自动锁住并停止，必须同一时
间仅按单一功能键，才可达成位置调整功能。

2.2 电源连接与启动
1. 把电源线插入适当的电源插座。

2.16 脚板定位调整与拆卸
⊙向下曲折：
先轻微地抬高脚板旁的不锈钢轨（为了
可以省力操作），拉出放松脚板曲折关节
上的控制拉柄至松脱，并向下曲折至所需
的位置，再放开此控制拉柄。 此控制拉柄
所控制的范围由水平到向上 15°/向下 90°
的位置，每 15°皆可定位。 左、右脚板需
要各自调整位置。
⊙水平向外张开与拆卸：

2.17 头板定位调整与拆卸
1. 向头部拉出头板下方的快速定位横杆至松
脱，将头板定位在所需的位置，放开快速定
位横杆，即可完成重新定位。 此快速定位横
杆所控制的范围由水平到向上 60°/向下 90° 快速定位横杆
的位置，每 15°皆可定位。

2. 拆卸头板时，以反时针方向转动放松头板的
2 个固定旋钮，即可抽出此头板。 安装时，
先插入头板，再以顺时针方向转动锁紧此固
定旋钮。

2.18 手臂板定位调整与拆卸
1. 向外拉出手臂板下方的快速定位拉杆至
松脱，将手臂板定位在所需的水平位置，
放开快速定位拉杆，即可完成重新定位。

 第 3 章 : 预防性维护保养

3.1 一般性的介绍
警告：故障危险－
 为达到安全和可靠的使用，手术台安装、维护和维修必须由明基三丰认可合格之
工程师执行。
 预防性的维护工作必须按照时程执行。
 如果维修者对此手术台的维修与调整不熟悉，或使用非明基三丰制造的手术台配
件与零组件，可能会造成严重的人员伤害或机件损坏。
维护保养程序应该在所建议的正常时间内被完成。 定期维护保养指南所建议的
时间是最低需要量，且应依使用状况酌情增加维护次数。
注意：
如果手术台需要被置放在储藏区域，请先解开蓄电池的接线，并在接线使用之前检查
蓄电池的外表与使用情形。

3.2 清洁 / 消毒程序
警告：
请勿使用石碳酸或酒精的溶剂，如果没有适当地洗濯，此石碳酸溶剂可能会造成病患
皮肤灼伤，而含酒精的溶剂并无充足的清洁或消毒的性质。
警告：
1. 清洁程序中所需要的体位操作，必须由熟悉的使用者来操作。
2. 请勿喷洒清洁剂或水进入任何内部的电控系统或金属零组件，以避免对手术或维
修工作人员造成可能的电气短路、生锈、故障、和触电危险。
3. 本手术台的设计允许简单的清洁与消毒。
4. 海棉垫可被以一般的方式来清洁与消毒。海棉垫可被拆卸，以利于清洁或更换。
5. 使用清洁性强烈的清洁剂可能会造成表面颜色的退去或海棉垫的损坏。 在使用
任何清洁材料之前，请先完成对海棉垫的适当试验，以观察是否在一些角落处的
适用性。

3.2.1 每一次使用之后
a. 清洁海棉垫和台面
此手术台面应该在每一次的使用之前或之后，使用消毒剂清洁完成。 请以干燥且
无麻料成份的布料擦拭，以确认此台面是干燥的。 使用温和的一般碱性清洁剂
(肥皂水)，含有表面活性剂和磷酸盐的清洁作用物，利于清洁手术台与其配件。
如果表面是非常肮脏，浓缩清洁剂则应该被使用。 此时，将使用沾上适当清
水的布尽可能进行此表面的擦拭。
注意 :
 仅可以使用适当的清水，并以干布去除多余的水份。

 b. 清洁升降柱与底座饰盖
升高台面至最高位置，所以升降柱与底座饰盖表面可以被清洁。
c. 关闭控制器和位于底座的电源开关，当完成清洁后。
消毒 :
 手工使用水溶液型态的商业用途乙醛基础之表面消毒剂来进行手术台表面的消
毒。
注意:
所使用的消毒剂必需不含下列物质:
 氯或含氯化合物可能释放氯，而氯会损伤金属表面。
 酒精或含酒精化合物会损伤塑料表面，例如:海棉垫(干洗手的消毒剂含酒精成
份)。
注意 :
 绝对不可直接将消毒剂喷洒到手术台各部位间的关节部。

3.2.2 每一天使用结束
检查底座轮子，看是否有堆积的碎物或棉线，并清洁这些轮子。

3.2.3 每 2 周之维护保养
操作每一手术台功能动作。 操作过程应该是顺畅与安静的。 如果不是，则需要由
合格之维修人员进行维修。 绝对不可允许无经验或不合格之人员进行维修。

3.2.4 每月之维护保养
警告: 触电危险 –
不可开启底座检修盖。 只能允许合格之维修人员开启底座检修盖。
1. 清洁底座剎车。
2. 清除任何油脂(例如: 缝线、地板蜡…等)，因为油脂可能已经累积在轮子上。

3.3 更换保险丝
2 个可更换的保险丝 (6A - 115 Va.c., 5A - 230 Va.c.) 位于底座的电气面板上。 如果
1 或 2 个保险丝烧毁，请以下列程序进行更换：
1. 拔掉 AC 电源线以切断电源。
2. 以一字型螺丝起子打开保险丝座盖。
3. 取出烧毁的保险丝，并予以更换。
4. 装上保险丝座盖，并接回 AC 电源线并打开电源。

因為本手術台的優異運動定位功能，使用者必須特別注意定位過程中可能的衝突點。

傾倒危險：
⊙ 請勿操作此手術台除非已經完成底座剎車。
⊙ 務必完成底座剎車，當轉換病患至手術台前。
⊙ 過重病患可能導致手術台傾倒，如果病患的體重並非均勻分布於台面中心位置。
⊙ 當轉換病患時，務必先將手術台穩定住。
挾傷危險： 台面各種運動行程的可能導致盡頭人員挾傷。

錯誤危險：
⊙ 請勿使用明基三豐手術台配件在不應該使用的地方或功能，或使用非明基三豐製造的手
術台配件以避免對手術台/配件發生損壞或對病患/人員發生傷害。
⊙ 為達到安全和可靠的使用，手術台的安裝、維護、和維修必須由明基三豐認可合格之工
程師執行。 預防性的維護工作必須按照時程執行。
⊙ 嚴重的人員傷害或機件損壞可能會發生，如果使用者對此手術台的操作與控制不熟悉。
壓傷危險：
⊙ 請勿把腳部置放在底座下，當釋放底座剎車時。
絆倒危險：
⊙ 請纏繞電源線於適當的位置，以避免手術工作人員被絆倒。
觸電危險：
⊙ 請勿操作或維修此機台，當電氣檢修蓋或控制零組件被移走時。
爆炸危險：
⊙ 請勿操作此機台，當處於可燃性麻醉氣體環境時。
病患受傷危險：
⊙ 抗靜電床墊和其他高頻醫療設備如心臟起搏器和心臟起搏監視器一起使用時，可能產生
病患皮膚受到灼傷的危險。床墊和病人皮膚之間的絕緣性請注意觀察，床單潮濕的時候
會影響絕緣性。請仔細閱讀生產廠家產品說明中有關可能會影響病人安全的部分。
⊙ 本產品於正常操作使用時，請遵守手術區嚴禁使用手機(PHS、小靈通、CDMA、GSM…
等)、無線電話、無線電及核磁共振設備，以避免干擾本產品的運作，而危害到病患；另
其它過強之電磁波干擾亦應避免。
感染危險：
⊙ 清潔時，請穿戴手套、口罩、眼護以防止清潔噴劑從污染表面回彈。
人員受傷危險：
⊙ 僅限使用一般推薦使用的清潔液和消毒液於手術臺。勿使用酒精，因其無法達到清潔及
消毒的要求。勿使用含酚類消毒劑來消毒床墊，因若沖洗不充足時會燒傷病患的皮膚。
注意
設備損壞：
1. 務必把電源插頭插在適當的電源規格插座(如右圖所示)。

2. 確認適當地完成電源接地。
3. 務必把手按控制器的彈簧線避開任何台面運動的挾壓點，以避免可能的損壞。
4. 當不使用時，務必把手按控制器掛在台面旁的不銹鋼軌
上，以避免可能的損壞(如右圖所示)。

5. 請勿置放重物於電源線上或讓推車碾過電源線，以避免可
能的損壞與危險(如右圖所示)。

6. 請勿將手臂板置放在背板與腰板間的不銹鋼軌上，以避免
當背板向上運動時，對此手臂板造成可能的彎曲損壞(如右
圖所示)。

7. 請勿讓病患坐在頭板、手臂板、與腳板上，以避免過重重量可能造成的彎曲損壞。 頭
板與腳板的單片最大載重量 40kg(88lb)，但當兩腳板分開超過 45°時，僅可承載
20kg(44lb)以下。
8. 裝上台面 X-光板後，請勿將背板向上運動超過 30°，以避
30˚
免 X-光板碰撞損壞(如右圖所示)。

9. 請於使用台面向頭部端或腳部端平移功能後，先將台面滑
動(恢復)至中心位置，再下降，以避免台面無法下降(如右
圖所示)。

10. 請勿將物品或配件置放於底座不銹鋼外蓋上，以避免不可

預期的設備或人員的傷害(如右圖所示)。

11. 請勿使用清潔劑噴灑或沖洗底座，特別是使用清水，因為可能導致內部的電氣控制系

統短路損壞、零組件生銹、或故障。
12. 在一些台面運動至盡頭時， 請特別注意台面可能碰觸底座和/或檢修蓋。
13. 建議約每 3 年更換油壓專用油(ISO VG32 或相等級油品) ，以保持優異的功能性與安

全性，以避免損壞油壓馬達。
14. 請確認於維修保養前，先切斷供應電源。
15. 請勿連續操作油壓馬達超過 2 分鐘以上，以避免故障，此油壓馬達內有自我過熱保護

裝置，一但過熱時，此油壓馬達會自動切斷供應電源保護，請於油壓馬達自動降溫至
適當溫度後，再行啟動。

備註：
⊙ 病患重量不宜超過 150kg(330lb，以升降柱中心為依據)，而且底座剎車裝置已被啟動
完成時，可確保所有台面運動功能可以平順地和安靜地運轉。 當需要承載病患重量超
過 150kg(330lb)時，請先查詢本公司客戶服務部如何調整因應。

注意：
1. 嚴禁使用者任意移動手術台，除非手術台已完成釋放剎車系統。
2. 手術台下棧板時必須從控制系統方向(手術台頭部)的輪子著地，以避免剎車裝置
直接撞擊地面，造成剎車裝置損壞。
3. 使用者使用剎車釋放裝置來釋放手術台剎車系統前，須詳讀 2.3 節『啟動與釋放
剎車裝置』。
4. 警告：其他電纜線和配件可能會對電磁相容( EMC )性能產生負面影響。使用經認
可的配件，如電源線。
5. 聲明：移動(手機)射頻通信設備可影響醫療電氣設備。
6. 警告：勿堆疊和擺放位置接近其他醫療電氣設備。
7. 為了避免電磁波干擾等醫療設備，請使用由製造商提供的原裝配件。
8. 下面列出了可能會附加在手術臺的所有配件：
a. 電源線 (線材長度：3,320mm ±50 毫米)
b. 手控制 (線材長度：4,900mm ±50 毫米)
c. 腳控制 (線材長度：1,750mm ±50 毫米)
9. 本產品含有的某些材料的棄置，可能需要由一間有適當的危險廢棄物處理執照和
許可的公司依照當地政府的法規來處理。

1.1 一般特性介紹
NOT-5600 是由微處理器配合電動油壓結構所驅動的多功能性手術台。 所有機型大
致相同，除了各個機型所特有的特殊功能。

NOT-5600 ： 是針對一般性和大型手術的需要而設計，可達到良好的功能通用性。

S 代表功能 ： 是針對一般性和大型手術的需要而設
(僅”S”系列 計，可由 30cm 的台面水平前後滑動功

◎ 所有電動手術台位置調整功能由－
手按控制器控制：台面上升/下降、前/後傾倒縱轉、左/右側轉、背板上升/下降、腰部上升（成
頂腰姿勢）、 腰部下降（成半坐位姿勢）、和台面水平向頭部/腳部平移
（僅 5600S、SK、SKF）。

手動性控制方面（定位調整）：頭板、手板、腳板、頂腰裝置（內建式）。 額外選購的可
拆卸式頂腰架可由兩側的任何一側，以操作頂腰搖桿至需高
度，並可配合明基三豐所有手術台使用。

1.2 電源規格要求
此 NOT-5600 系 列 手 術 台 需 要 115 或
230Va.c., 50/60Hz 的供應電源。 此手術台配備
有經 UL E91195 認證 3 腳式(含接地線)電源線。
一只 6 安培 (115Va.c.電壓使用) 或 5 安培 (230
Va.c.電壓使用) 的保險絲被安裝在底座後面的保

1.3 手按控制器與機台的連接
在連接手按控制器前，請確認在底座上的連
接插座的母座與手按控制器上的公座相吻合。
在完全的連接後，務必把有內側螺紋的”固定外
環”完全地鎖緊，以穩固此手按控制器與機台的
連接。

 第 2 章 : 操作說明

首次使用說明
◎ 請確實檢查下列各項目
(1)海棉墊：請檢查所有的海棉墊是否完整無破損。
(2)床板：請檢查所有的床板是否完整無破損。
(3)油洩漏：請檢查地板、手術台底座的表面是否有任何的油壓油洩漏痕跡。
(4)電源線與插頭：請檢查電源線是否有電線裸露，及插頭是否完整無破損。
(5)電源開關：請按壓電源開關，並檢查手按控制器上的電源及電池指示燈號是否
顯示正常。
(6)手按控制器：請按壓手按控制器上的功能按鍵，並檢查每一個操作功能是否正
常。
(7)台面：握住背板兩側的鋼軌，將手術台任意方向晃動，以檢查台面是否穩固。

2.1 手按控制器的功能
此手按控制器背面有一金屬固定掛鉤，可被使用於固定安置在台面外圍任何一處不
銹鋼軌上。此控制系統使用在底座內的電腦微處理機，來控制所有的電子和電機零組
件與功能。

電源開關

注意：
1. 此手按控制器面板上所有的台面位置調整鍵上的符號是以『站在手術台頭部面向
腳部』的位置。
2. 台面位置的調整皆必須在有效時間（30 秒）內按下需要的台面位置調整功能鍵，
以避免因不小心的台面運動誤操作而對病患或機台造成傷害。
3. 當同時按下兩個位置調整功能鍵時，此控制功能會自動鎖住並停止，必須同一時
間僅按單一功能鍵，才可達成位置調整功能。

2.2 電源連接與啟動
1. 把電源線插入適當的電源插座。

2. 啟動底座上的電源開關。

3. 按下手按控制器面板上的『ON/OFF 電

源開關 』鍵，以進入操作準備

階段。

2.3 啟動與釋放底座剎車
踏下底座旁的剎車踏板並移到固定桿下固 固定桿

2.14 腰部上升（成頂腰姿勢）

由預先設定『頭高腳低的反縱轉 〞

和〝背板下降 』的複合動作控制，成

2.16 腳板定位調整與拆卸
⊙向下曲折：
先輕微地抬高腳板旁的不銹鋼軌（為了
可以省力操作），拉出放鬆腳板曲折關節
上的控制拉柄至鬆脫，並向下曲折至所需
的位置，再放開此控制拉柄。 此控制拉柄
所控制的範圍由水平到向上 15°/向下 90°
的位置，每 15°皆可定位。 左、右腳板需
要各自調整位置。
⊙水平向外張開與拆卸：
為重新定位腳板的水平位置，先輕微地
抬高腳板旁的不銹鋼軌（為了可以省力操
作），並以反時針方向轉動放鬆腳板曲折
關節下的固定旋鈕（至少 1 圈），即可進
行水平位置的定位，再以順時針方向轉動
鎖緊此固定旋鈕。 倘若以反時針方向轉
動，完全放鬆腳板曲折關節下的固定旋鈕
（至少 5 圈），即可取下腳板。
安裝時，先插入腳板，再以順時針方向
轉動鎖緊此固定旋鈕。

2.17 頭板定位調整與拆卸
1. 向頭部拉出頭板下方的快速定位橫桿至鬆
脫，將頭板定位在所需的位置，放開快速定
位橫桿，即可完成重新定位。 此快速定位橫

桿所控制的範圍由水平到向上 60°/向下 90°
的位置，每 15°皆可定位。

2. 拆卸頭板時，以反時針方向轉動放鬆頭板的
2 個固定旋鈕，即可抽出此頭板。 安裝時，
先插入頭板，再以順時針方向轉動鎖緊此固
定旋鈕。

2.18 手臂板定位調整與拆卸
1. 向外拉出手臂板下方的快速定位拉桿至
鬆脫，將手臂板定位在所需的水平位
置，放開快速定位拉桿，即可完成重新
定位。 此快速定位橫桿所控制的範圍僅
限於水平定位。

2. 拆卸手臂板時，向上拉起手臂板下的快
速固定把手，即可拆卸此手臂板。 安裝
時，先拉起手臂板下的快速固定把手並
把所張開的鉤牙卡在不銹鋼軌上，再放
開此快速固定把手。

警告：
手板使用注意事項：
a. 操作疏失：手板位置橫跨於背板及腰板鋼軌上方，當背板向上傾斜時，會壓
迫手板導致變形或斷裂。
b. 負載過當：因所承受負荷超過安全設計範圍。手板的最大載重量 10kg(22lb)。

 第 3 章 : 預防性維護保養

3.1 一般性的介紹
警告：故障危險－
 為達到安全和可靠的使用，手術台安裝、維護和維修必須由明基三豐認可合格之
工程師執行。
 預防性的維護工作必須按照時程執行。
 如果維修者對此手術台的維修與調整不熟悉，或使用非明基三豐製造的手術台配
件與零組件，可能會造成嚴重的人員傷害或機件損壞。
維護保養程序應該在所建議的正常時間內被完成。 定期維護保養指南所建議的
時間是最低需要量，且應依使用狀況酌情增加維護次數。
注意：
如果手術台需要被置放在儲藏區域，請先解開蓄電池的接線，並在接線使用之前檢查
蓄電池的外表與使用情形。

3.2 清潔 / 消毒程序
警告：
請勿使用石碳酸或酒精的溶劑，如果沒有適當地洗濯，此石碳酸溶劑可能會造成病患
皮膚灼傷，而含酒精的溶劑並無充足的清潔或消毒的性質。
警告：
1. 清潔程序中所需要的體位操作，必須由熟悉的使用者來操作。
2. 請勿噴灑清潔劑或水進入任何內部的電控系統或金屬零組件，以避免對手術或維
修工作人員造成可能的電氣短路、生銹、故障、和觸電危險。
3. 本手術台的設計允許簡單的清潔與消毒。
4. 海棉墊可被以一般的方式來清潔與消毒。海棉墊可被拆卸，以利於清潔或更換。
5. 使用清潔性強烈的清潔劑可能會造成表面顏色的退去或海棉墊的損壞。 在使用
任何清潔材料之前，請先完成對海棉墊的適當試驗，以觀察是否在一些角落處的
適用性。

3.2.1 每一次使用之後
a. 清潔海棉墊和台面
此手術台面應該在每一次的使用之前或之後，使用消毒劑清潔完成。 請以乾燥且
無麻料成份的布料擦拭，以確認此台面是乾燥的。 使用溫和的一般鹼性清潔劑
(肥皂水)，含有表面活性劑和磷酸鹽的清潔作用物，利於清潔手術台與其配件。
如果表面是非常骯髒，濃縮清潔劑則應該被使用。 此時，將使用沾上適當清
水的布盡可能進行此表面的擦拭。

 注意 :
 僅可以使用適當的清水，並以乾布去除多餘的水份。
b. 清潔升降柱與底座飾蓋
升高台面至最高位置，所以升降柱與底座飾蓋表面可以被清潔。
c. 關閉控制器和位於底座的電源開關，當完成清潔後。
消毒 :
 手工使用水溶液型態的商業用途乙醛基礎之表面消毒劑來進行手術台表面的消
毒。
注意:
所使用的消毒劑必需不含下列物質:
 氯或含氯化合物可能釋放氯，而氯會損傷金屬表面。
 酒精或含酒精化合物會損傷塑膠表面，例如:海棉墊(乾洗手的消毒劑含酒精成
份)。
注意 :
 絕對不可直接將消毒劑噴灑到手術台各部位間的關節部。

3.2.2 每一天使用結束
檢查底座輪子，看是否有堆積的碎物或棉線，並清潔這些輪子。

3.2.3 每 2 週之維護保養
操作每一手術台功能動作。 操作過程應該是順暢與安靜的。 如果不是，則需要由
合格之維修人員進行維修。 絕對不可允許無經驗或不合格之人員進行維修。

3.2.4 每月之維護保養
警告: 觸電危險 –
不可開啟底座檢修蓋。 只能允許合格之維修人員開啟底座檢修蓋。
1. 清潔底座剎車。
2. 清除任何油脂(例如: 縫線、地板蠟…等)，因為油脂可能已經累積在輪子上。

3.3 更換保險絲
2 個可更換的保險絲 (6A - 115 Va.c., 5A - 230 Va.c.) 位於底座的電氣面板上。 如果
1 或 2 個保險絲燒毀，請以下列程序進行更換：
1. 拔掉 AC 電源線以切斷電源。
2. 以一字型螺絲起子打開保險絲座蓋。
3. 取出燒毀的保險絲，並予以更換。
4. 裝上保險絲座蓋，並接回 AC 電源線並打開電源。

3.4 定期維護保養指南
下列的定期維護保養指南必須依照第 3 章的方法來進行，以確保您手術臺的維修性與
適當的操作。
