1. In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as School Officer In – Charge of Holy
Family Village Elementary School effective October 20-27, 2023 in behalf of the undersigned’s
absence behind the specific period stated above.

2. This school memorandum carries with it your duties and responsibilities expected of a leader for the
benefit and welfare of all. Hence, you are directed to oversee the following:

 Monitor the attendance of the teaching and non-teaching personnel;


 Supervise the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire school campus;
 Entertain parents, visitors, barangay Officials, Deped official and other stakeholders
 Represent the office of the undersigned to any activity if necessary;
 Render reports upon assumption to the undersigned;
 Sign for or in behalf of the undersigned for necessary reports to the District
 Contact the undersigned /District if there are critical issues.

3. You are therefore expected to function effectively and efficiently. This designation is for the best
interest of the service.
