WORKING PROGRAMME
HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR PROGRAMME :
R : Responsibility.
A : Always bring handbook.
M : Must greeting and smile to everyone.
A : Always come in time.
H : Head of departement must be mobile and check knowledge.
1. 5 minute before opening and closing briefing, all craft must already make a line.
2. Fill out the attendance form before opening briefing and after closing briefing.
3. 1 day absence without letter SP 1 from Study Program.
4. Must have sickness letter sign by doctor if absent more than 1 day.
5. Break more than 60 minutes punishment from HRC.
6. Must have permission to HRC if you want to leave campus during practice hours.
7. Always Clean as you go.
TRAINING MANAGER PROGRAMME :
1. Training about how to use FCM for Basic Junior.
2. Training about how to be good supervisor for Basic Senior.
3. Training about how to be a good job trainee for Supervisor.
