1、Brief introduction:

Automatic tube making machine is for laminated tube forming, double H.F welding, eye mark cutting or length set

cutting, non-stop material feeding, auto-check emergency stopping; PLC control, HMI stable operation.

It’s used for toothpaste, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industrial for toothpaste tubes and cream tubes.

By putting the laminate sheet on the air shaft, it goes automaticly by driving roller. The process of tube sleeving is

going through laminated sheet joint, storage tank, laminated sheet adjustment, trimming cutter ,welding and cutting by

Introduction:
B.ZJ-II Plastic injection & forming machine is developed based on our second generation injection machine and
advanced foreign technologies. Its double-mould alternative forming way gives it high work efficiency. When the
worker operation the machine, it need two hands press the joint mould at the same time. Avoiding the hands touch the
