WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee of the Division of San Carlos City, San
Carlos City (Pangasinan) posted the Invitation to Bid in conspicuous place intended for
Posting within the office premises, DepEd San Carlos City Division website and PhilGEPS for
the project: PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF LEARNING RESOURCES IN THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN (BE-
LCP);
WHEREAS, the submitted bid of one (1) prospective bidder was found to be
substantially compliant;
