• Defined as activities in the form of play that
challenges a persons flexibility, agility, balance,
strength, endurance and coordination.
• Stunts are a part of gymnastics which are difficult
and require great skills.

• Inch Worm
• Using the arms as support, move your feet
towards your hands while keeping your knees
