PROPOSAL FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & SERVICE CONTRACT FOR HVAC

As per your inquiry for Annual Maintenance & Service Contract for HVAC at your premises.
Please find the attached the work plan, quotation, terms and conditions of the agreement. Time
period for the work is given below from the date of award of work which will be extendable for a
good period of one year at the same rate, terms and conditions only if the services are found
satisfactory during normal period of contract.

Annexure – I: Scope of Annual Maintenance & Service Contract of Cassette Air-

The services will include all labour charges for manpower & tools (Such as Welding Plant,
Vacuum Pump, Air Blower and A/C Installation / Dismantling Tools).
The services will not include, repairing of any defective spare parts, such as replacing of chillers
pipes, replacing of outlet pipes and new fitting of the Air Conditioners etc. including
consumables at any height / any floors as and when required and as directed by the client, will
be bore by the client.
1. Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS):
1.1. Normal Services
1.1.1. Two technicians will be deployed at the client premises by us for normal cleaning
or resolving routine technical issues. Normal cleaning will includes the cleaning of
the indoor & outdoor units manually or from vacuum machines or spray gun where
needed.
1.1.2. Technicians will review performances of the air conditioner units periodically from
the testing equipment.
1.2. Bi-Annual Services
1.2.1. Master cleaning of all the air conditioning units. Master cleaning includes
dismantling & re-fixing of the units with following services:
1.2.1.1. Replacement of air filters if found damaged / unsuable
1.2.1.2. Checking selector switch, thermostat, relays, remote controls etc
1.2.1.3. Checking motors bushings
1.2.1.4. Checking ground connections
1.2.1.5. Checking of blower & condenser
1.2.1.6. Checking & tighting of the nuts & botls
1.2.1.7. Oilting the motores
1.2.1.8. Checking of the backup electrical power outlet

2. Break-Down Services (BDS)


2.1. On call services will include attending to any complaint any time of the year, on receipt
of verbal / written complaints from the clients which are not solvable by the technicians.
A record of break-down complaints shall be acknowledged by the client’s user.
