IN THE COURT OF THE JUDICIAL FIRST CLASS MAGISTRATE AT NALGONDA Honoured Sir, The facts of the case are that, on 22.10.2023 at 10.30
hours by the complainant Pulkaram Ramachandram S/o Ramulu, age: 45yrs, Caste: Mudiraj, Occu: Agril., R/o Regatte village of Kanagal Mandal, Nalgonda
Dist., Cell: 9963668753 came to Police station, Kanagal and lodged a telugu written complaint, in which he stating that, he blessed two daughters and one son. His
younger daughter Pulkaram Soujanya D/o Ramachandram, age: 18 yrs, Caste: Mudiraj, occu: student, was died on 06/03/2023 due to ill health. She is living time
her take SBI bank account No.38745192080 from Chandur branch and taken also ATM card vide No. 6075 3208 2010 7224. This ATM card taken his villager
Avugani Anil S/o Krishnaiah, age: 27 yrs, Caste: Yadav, occu: Auto Driver R/o Regatte villagefrom his daughter told false words to her. The accused miss used
her ATM card and drawn Rs.7000/- from IDBI ATM 32142 on 02.08.2023. The complainant checked in the bank her daughter account on 19.09.2023, the bank
officers told nil balance in her account. The accused Anil miss used her ATM and drawn amount after died of his daughter.Hence he requested for taking
necessary legal action against him according to law.
