I learned from lean six sigma ph is that there is demand and supply that
says there is a rise and fall of the product about the market. Then there is
also the COPQ which is called the cost of poor quality, it is here that can
depend on how you will increase your business or product. Six sigma is a
systematic, disciplined, customer-focused and data-driven process
improvement methodology that uses DMAIC to reduce delays, defects and
variations. And I also learned here what is called SIPOC which means my
suppliers, inputs, process, output and customer. Suppliers are the market
inputs are product and process are ingredients to make the product Output
is when the product is measured Customer is us, you or everyone.
The TESDA course on “Establishing & Operating Micro-Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)”
aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary for
successfully starting and managing small businesses. I will understand of entrepreneurial
concepts, including business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and legal
considerations. The course also covers practical aspects such as product development, market
research, and customer relationship management. To navigate the challenges of
entrepreneurship and establish sustainable micro, small, or medium enterprises, contributing to
economic growth and job creation in their communities.

The TESDA course on "Start and Improve Your Business” is designed to provide participants
with a comprehensive understanding of the key elements involved in entrepreneurship. I learn to
gain knowledge and skills in business planning, market research, financial management,
marketing strategies, and operational efficiency. The course also covers essential aspects of
starting and running a business, including legal considerations, customer relationship
management, and sustainable practices. To initiate and manage their own enterprises, fostering
economic growth and contributing to the development of their communities.

The TESDA course on “Participating in Workplace Communication” is designed to equip


participants with the necessary skills to engage effectively in communication within a
professional environment. I will learn to develop the ability to understand, interpret, and respond
to various forms of workplace communication, including written, verbal, and non- verbal
communication. The course emphasizes the importance of clear and concise communication,
active listening, and appropriate interaction with colleagues and superiors. To be better
prepared to contribute positively to their workplace, fostering a more productive and harmonious
work environment.

The course about “Receiving and Responding to Workplace Communication” offered by TESDA
aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to effectively understand and interact with
various forms of communication in a professional setting. This includes written and verbal
communication, as well as non-verbal cues. I will learn to interpret messages, respond
appropriately, and convey information clearly. The course fosters better workplace
communication, which is crucial for productivity and a positive work environment.

The TESDA course on "Microsoft Digital Literacy” is structured to empower individuals with
essential digital skills using Microsoft tools and applications. To gain proficiency in utilizing
various software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications
commonly used in professional settings. The course focuses on tasks like document creation,
data management, presentation design, and basic digital security. The foundational knowledge
needed to navigate and excel in today’s digitally- driven workplace.
The TESDA course on “English for Business and Entrepreneurship” is designed to enhance
participants’ proficiency in using English language skills specifically tailored for business and
entrepreneurial contexts. I will learn to acquire the ability to effectively communicate in written
and spoken English within the realm of entrepreneurship. This includes drafting business
correspondence, preparing presentations, negotiating deals, and engaging in professional
networking. The course equips individuals with the linguistic tools needed to thrive in the
dynamic world of business and entrepreneurship, ultimately contributing to their success in
these fields.

The TESDA course on "Exercising Sustainable Development in the Workplace" is designed to


educate participants on principles and practices related to sustainable development within a
professional setting. To gain knowledge about sustainable business practices, environmental
conservation, and social responsibility. The course emphasizes strategies for reducing waste,
conserving resources, and promoting ethical business conduct. I will also learn how to integrate
sustainability into daily workplace operations and decision- making processes. Too contribute to
a more environmentally and socially responsible workplace, aligning with global efforts towards
sustainable development.
