Dear Madam:

Greetings of Peace!

We would like to ask for permission to conduct our Face-to-Face Year-End Strategic Planning outside of
our school premises. As we all know, Rizal High School has been a Covid Facility for almost 2 years now.
We don’t have a place to hold the said event as most of our facilities are restrained by our City
Government. Due to the Internet Service of our employees using an online platform can be very tough in
evaluating and seeing where we have been in the current year and what issues are still to be addressed. Rest
assured that all the participants will follow health related protocols of IATF and the Local Government.

Attached is the Project Proposal, List of Participants and Training Matrix for our Year-end Strategic
Planning.

I hope for your kind understanding about this matter. Thank you and God bless.

Very truly yours,

Dear Madam:

Greetings of Peace!

We would like to request your assistance regarding the procurement of Three Hundred Sixty-One (361)
units of Printers for the use of our JHS and SHS Teachers as we are still in the distance learning platform.
The Printer cost is about Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P5,500.00) and the project is estimated
to be in the total amount of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P
1,985,500.00). This hinders us to complete the total number of units despite having enough allotment due
to the reason that Schools were only oriented to have Small-Value Procurement. In this case, we would like
to ask permission if possible that the Division of Pasig City Bid and Awards Committee facilitate the
Public Bidding for this project, but the payment will be processed in Rizal High School. We already
distributed 165 units from the previous year, and we want to complete the remaining to be given this first
quarter of 2022. This project will ease the difficulty our teachers are experiencing during this pandemic.
This will truly help them to do their duty efficiently and effectively as Teachers.

I hope for your immediate and positive response regarding this matter. Thank you very much and God
bless.

Dear Madam:

Greetings of Peace!

I am writing this letter to extend my support to the following Senior High School Teachers who are now in
their final year as Provisionary Teachers. These teachers were given a Five (5) year period to finish their
masters and pass the Licensure Examination for Teacher but because of the 2-year pandemic in our country
where most of the operations including the LET Board Exam suddenly stops, they had no chance to take
the Board Exam again.
These Teachers’ excellent experience in their Strand showed strong knowledge and incredible skills in
their area. Their interactions with the students and co-teachers have always been with respect and integrity.
They hold to the ethical guidelines set out in the practice and professional standards. Overall, despite not
having the License, they were highly competent in the practice of teaching.
I endorse these teachers without any reservation for the renewal of their provisionary status and give them
the chance to take the Licensure Examination for Teachers again.
Attached is the list of the provisional Teachers and their letters of appeal for an extension of service for SY
2022-2023

I hope for your positive response regarding this matter. Thank you very much and God bless.

Greetings of Peace!
We would like to request your good office to allow Rizal High School to have access to the GSIS
WEBMSP as an Alternate AAO solely for the purpose of updating the employees’ records like salary
updates, reports of Leave without pay, Termination of Employees, changes of the primary information like
surnames, email address, address, and the like. Rizal High School currently has Three Hundred Seventy-
Six (376) employees in the Junior High School and still continuously growing. We are having a difficult
time updating the records because we are waiting for the feedback of Mr. Jelo on whether the forms
submitted to him are returned or processed. It usually takes around 5-7 days before we were sent an update
and resubmit the forms that were previously returned by the WEBMSP System. We cannot blame him for
that because he handles all the Implementing Units as well the Senior High School Teaching and Non-

Teaching Employees. Employees’ records that are not updated as to the time of uploading of the Electronic
Remittance Form (ERF) resulted in Clarificatory Items which were later followed by under remittance and
sometimes to deactivation of member’s account. Currently, DepEd Pasig has only 1 access in the WebMSP

This is regarding the overpayment of Step Increment of Mr. Orlando Galapon who was adjusted to SG 13-

February 15, 2022. I am acknowledging this erroneous request that I have overlooked the dates of his
current promotion and previous promotion. I have already talked with Mr. Galapon and he agreed that the
overpayments from his Step Increment will be deducted from his Salary adjustment (Teacher III to Master

I have the honor to ask for permission to conduct our Team Building Activity for all Teaching and Non –
Teaching Personnel of Rizal High School. This will be scheduled on July 28, 2022 at the Coral View

strengthen the bond of its employees. This could be a good start to practicing unity and building stronger
ties with their co-teachers and employees. It can also result in tighter friendships among the people whom
they work with. Expected participants to join the said activity is about 300 employees. Expenses incurred
