Original Grade Card will be issued once only. 2. Duplicate Grade Card can be obtained on production of a copy of FIR about missing/stolen Grade Card by depositing prescribed fee at University Cash counter or by sending demand draft in favour of Finance Officer, H.N.B. Garhwal University, Srinagar (Garhwal)-246174, Uttrakhand, if desired, by registered post. 3. In order to pass a PG/UG programme a student must secure the minimum number of credits as prescribed in the Ordinances ofthe University. 4, University reserves the right of correction in the Grade Card/result, in case of any error. In case of any difference in the grades entered in the Tabulation Chart and Grade Card, grades of the Tabulation Chart will be treated as correct and final. 5. Nomenclature and Conversion of Percentage of Marks obtained to Grade Points and Letter Grade:~ SGPA : Semester Grade Point Average.
