4. HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR AND FILTER Refer to TM 10-3930-620-12 for initial filter change interval. Each 50
hours check level. Maintain oil level at “FULL” mark. Each 1000 hours drain reservoir, replace filter element, clean
suction line screen, reinstall drain plug and fill reservoir. Operate lift for 5 minutes, check for leaks, check oil level
and bring to “FULL” mark.
5. HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER. Each 250 hours, remove filter element, filter shell housing and install new element. After
replacement, operate lift for 5 minutes, check for leaks, check oil level and bring to “FULL” mark.
6. DRIVE AXLE. Each 250 hours check level. Change gear lubricant only when required by maintenance repair action,
contamination by water, or other foreign material. After refill, operate for five minutes, check for leaks and bring oil
level to level plug opening.
