cover the requirements of below listed the Regulations.
• Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships
(SR/CONF 45),
• Guidelines for the Preparation of Inventory of Hazardous Materials (MEPC Res. 269(68))
• EU Regulation on Ship Recycling (EU-SRR No. 1257/2013)

• International Maritime Organisation guidance document MSC.1/Circ.1374 (IMO).
The Interunity Management Corporation S.A approached Varuna Marine Services BV. for the collection and
disposal of the ACM stored and packed on the vessel Single (IMO- 9377664).
As such, Varuna Marine Services BV engaged EcoReno B.V the local authorized removal company in
Rotterdam, Netherlands to review of the asbestos component of the IHM dated 26th Nov 2020 for the purpose
of collection and disposal of the ACM that will meet requirements of the Regulations.
We hereby present the asbestos collection and disposal report of the vessel Single.
