I am writing to extend a formal invitation to you to attend our upcoming 1st Institute
of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc., Council of Student
Chapters- BiPSU Chapter General Assembly Meeting, which will be held on August
30, 2023, 8:00 AM at New Technological Building 4th floor Function Hall. As a valued Dean
of our school, your presence and input would be greatly appreciated.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the progress and accomplishments of the past
year, as well as to outline our strategic plans for the upcoming year. We will also be
addressing any relevant updates, challenges, and opportunities that require the attention
of our esteemed members.

Agenda items will include:


1. Presentation of Officers
2. Present and Amends of By Laws
3. Motivational Speaker
4. Counseling
5. Meet and Greet EE Faculties and Dean
6. Appointment of 1st year PIO Representative

8. Gardening and Area Cleaning Schedule By Year Level
