Dlp-English 5

This daily lesson plan aims to teach fifth grade students the difference between facts and opinions. The lesson begins with reviewing the definitions and examples of facts versus opinions. Students will then participate in activities like a "fact or bluff" game and identifying facts versus opinions in statements on dice. They will analyze statements and short stories to distinguish facts from opinions. The lesson establishes that facts can be proven true while opinions are individual views that cannot be proven or disproven.
