Services:
1. Live Stream Package: Client will be provided with a 1080p live stream, if there is stable internet connec�on.
2. Professional Team: 1 Live streamer with professional equipment.
Terms and conditions:
1. The Client shall provide a brief overview of the expecta�on to allow the Photographer to prepare in advance
2. The Photographer agrees to reasonably put in maximum effort to snap photographs of as many guests as possible
3. Photographer will not be held liable for the quality in case of the guests’ interference with the photographer’s work
4. The client is encouraged to provide songs for the video, or the photographer will choose a suitable one. If the client
requests changes to the chosen song a�er the video delivery, addi�onal charges may apply.
5. The Client will be provided with edited photos and videos taken in the event approx. 3 weeks a�er the event date.
6. Client is granted one modifica�on request un�l 3 weeks from delivery. Further changes subject to addi�onal charges
7. All photos and videos provided to the Client a�er the event will have been edited and sorted to the order of events
8. Any request for addi�onal hours of service beyond the aforemen�oned hours will result in extra charges for
photography at a rate of $150 per hour, and for videography at a rate of $150 per hour, (if applicable) $150 per hour
for Live Streaming
9. Any last moment modifica�ons will be charged separately and added to the final balance
10. Upon client's request, raw footage in both JPG and MP4 file formats will be made available for a fee of $100
11. Content will be provided with an online link active for 30 days from the day of delivery (physical pen drive will result
in extra Charges)
12. (If applicable) The Client is responsible for providing the Internet connec�on for live streaming service
13. (If applicable) Live streaming will be broadcasted on our YouTube channel
14. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or dele�on of footage resul�ng from technical issues; however, in such a
case, the client will be en�tled to a full refund for any payments made to us.
15. By signing the contract, the Client acknowledges we may occasionally send you emails with news or promotion
16. By the signing, The Client allows the photographer to display any photography covered by this Agreement to generally
promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums and prints, portfolios,
and other such materials, providing that the images are used lawfully and without damage to the Client
