Note before Visiting
- Any person other than the person under whose name the reservation was made will not be accepted.
- Only one applicant can process his/her petition for each reserved appointment.

Filling out Application Form and List of Documents to Submit
- As the processing time per reservation is limited, please prepare the following 2 items in advance
and submit them to the officer on the day of your visit.
※ Without the required documents, your petition may not be processed on the day of visit.

- Documents to submit : at the HiKorea website (Information Sharing Corner > Information Manual by
Status of Stay or at the Immigration Contact Center (Dial 1345)

How to purchase a Revenue Stamp
- Applicants need to purchase a revenue stamp (paper type) in order to pay fees for petitions.
- If you purchase a revenue stamp on-site on the day of visit, it can only be paid by cash.
(Credit cards not accepted)
- If you want to pay by credit card, purchase a revenue stamp at the website of e-revenue stamp
(e-revenuestamp.or.kr) in advance, print it out and submit it on the day of your visit.
※ Yet, ‘foreigner registration fee’ can only be paid by cash on the day of visit.
(Revenue stamp and credit card NOT accepted)

How to cancel a Reservation
- Cancel a Reservation : Cancelling is possible up to 1 day before the scheduled date of visit. Your
reservation is cancelled if more than 5 minutes elapse from the reserved time.
※ If ‘no-show’ after reservation for more than 3 times, you will be restricted from using the
reservation service for a certain period of time.
