1—Cost sheet
‘Werking times incured can be iaiced through the lat rate uit rarer 61 25 001
2—Please note the further information before beginning work
“The following points must be strictly cbsened rir to stating werk (see further information}
= Assessment of damaged vhicle= Obsene safety information for working with eloctic vehicles.
~ Disconnect high-oltage system fom power
Ifthe message Highwoltage system deactivated is not displayed in the instrument cluster, work must be stopped. the high-
‘tage battery unit is stil in the vehicle, the vehicle must be made inaccessible and blocked of. Furthermore, the high-ltage battery
Unit that has been remexed must be blocked off wth highsltage baer tape.
3—Preconditions
It is mandatory to stop repair work and contac technical support when there is an unclear situation, strong deformation, strong
heating as wel as escape of fd rom the highaeltage battery unit
‘Accident vebiclo should be parked outdoors ona place for vahicles afected by accident,
Ifthe high wttage battery unit is stil inthe vehicle, then the vehicle must be made inaccessible and locked. Furthermore, the removed
highsoltage battery unit must be blocked of wth high-eltage bare tape and technical support must be contacted.
4—An airbag that has been deployed or safety battery terminal
atleast one of the airbags or the safety battery terminal is activated, then the higholtage battery unit must be remeed and the
safely box must be replaced,
Ifthe vehicle is severely deformed in the area of highrcltage battery unit without an airbag othe safety battery terminal having
actheted, the safety box must be replaced
IFthe vehicle apparently had a serious accident when stopped (perked, in charging), and the aitbag or safety batty terminal wore not
activated, then the safety box must also be replaced.

5—Damage at attachment points
“The highvoltage battery units screwed tothe vehicle a the housing.
Ifthe vehicle bolting points are tom of, bent or deformed, contact tectrical
suppot!
In the case of cracks in the housing, contact techrical suppot.
If damage that has not boon described is detected orf thre are ambigutles
in the type of damagelcause of damage, then technical supper must be
contacted,

“The higholtage battery units connected tothe vehicle through the flloning
Interfaces on the housing:
Signal ine interface
= Highcltage cable interface
= Higholage inteockinterace
Irthese interfaces are damaged, contact technical support!
“The flowing types of damage are considered tobe relevent
~ bent plugin contacts
ost ores ~ desttyed conrector housing
= connectors that are tom off the housing
~ lass of ability to connect the mating plug
Ifthe message Highwoltage system deactivated is not dsplayedin theStilin the vehicle, the vehicle rust be made naccesste ard locked of
Furthermers, the higheltage battery unt that nas been remened must be
Blocked of with ightage barr apo.
“Technical support must be contacted when one or more ofthese points
nales.

‘Visually check the flowing interface on the housing:
= egassing uit
Its interface is damaged, the vertng uit must be replaced.
Irtheciaphragm is damaged, technical support must be contacted!
‘Visually check the flowing interfaces onthe housing:
~ Refigerant connections
If this interface is damaged, the radiator must be replaced. The flowing
types of damage are considered tobe relent
~ Faulty throas (1) onthe retigorant connoctionvexpansion vale
~ Deformation (e.g retigerant lines can no longer be installed)
+ Leak between the refigerant connection and housing
+ loss of ably to connect the mating plug
Checked Comment
Visually check the housing:
Relevant damage forthe replacement of the high-eltage battery unit
~ Cracks, holes ard other leaks on the housing
~ Dents and deformation on the housing, especially on large-area housing
sections
‘Sralch marks are nt classed as crtcal. THs type of damage does not
requ replacements,
If damage that has not been described is detected orf there are ambiguities
in the typeof damage/cause of damage, then technical support must be
‘contacted.
9—Visual inspection
Checked Comment
Ifthe lid the safety box is opened fr replacement, a Usual inspection for
Ideraiable damages is to be immediately performed ater opening the ld
damage that has not boon described is detected orf thre are ambiguties
in the type of damagelcause of damage, then technical support must be
‘contacted.
