The Dove and the Bee.
Once a bee was very thirsty .She went to a river to drink water.
By chance, she fell into the river. A dove was looking at the drowningbee. She
plucked a leaf from the treeand threw it down near the bee. The bee jumped over
the leaf and saved her life. After a few days a hunter was taking aim at the dove.
The bee saw the hunter. She stung on his hand with full power. The hunter felt
pain. The fire was missed. The dove flew away safe and sound.
Moral: Do good, have good.

Jasim was good in throwing a ball and was a great planner. Soon
their friendship became famous among others and in the evenings the ground
cackled with kid’s laughter and noise with Jasim as a part of them. We should
always be thankful to Allah for making us whole. It’s our moral duty to treat
people like Jasimwith empathy and make them a productive part of our thinking,
together; we can bring change in our society and can make society better.

i) Describe Jasim’s skill according to the paragraph?
Ans: Jasim was good in throwing a ball and was a great planner.

the super market. The market was very busy A great hustle and bustle could be

particular temperature. This process is called boiling.

Ans: The space occupied by an object is called volume.

Ans: The change of solid objects directly into their gaseous state without
undergoing the liquid phase is called sublimation.

Ans: A mixture whose composition and properties are not uniform throughout
the sample is called heterogeneous mixture.
4. Example of heterogeneous mixture is?
Ans: Salad, sandwich, pizza, concrete slab rock.
5. Define homogeneous mixture?
Ans: A mixture having uniform composition and properties throughout the
sample is called homogeneous mixture.
6. Examples of homogeneous mixture is?
Ans: air sugar water rainwater, vinegar, coffee, steel.
7. Define solution?
Ans: A homogeneous mixture of two more substance is called solution.
8. Define binary solution?
Ans: A solution, which is prepared by mixing only two substances, is called
binary solution.
9. Define solute?
Ans: The solute is a substance that dissolves into solvent and is typically
present in smaller quantity.
10. Define solvent?
Ans: The solvent is the substance in which the solute or solutes dissolve and it
forms the bulk of the solution.
11. Define aqueous solution?
Ans: A solution in which water is used as a solvent is called aqueous solution.
12. Define dilute solution?
Ans: A solution which contains relatively less amount of solute, in a large
amount of solvent is called dilute solution.
13. Define concentrated solution?
Ans:A solution which contain relatively large amount of solute dissolved in the
same amount of solvent, is called concentrated solution.
