Final inspection of the Work has been conducted and Company is reasonably satisfied that Final
Completion has been achieved in accordance with the Service Order and the terms of the Master
Construction Services Agreement referred to in the Service Order. The Date of Final Completion is as
indicated above.

The issuance of this Certificate does not reduce or exclude Company’s rights or Contractor’s
obligations under the Master Construction Services Agreement and the Service Order.

All capitalised terms shall have the same meaning as defined in the Master Construction Services
Agreement.
