z Use under a Private Hire Licence.
Exclusions :
z Use for hire and reward other than private hire.
z Use in any competition, trial, performance test, race or trial of speed, including off-road events,
whether between motor vehicles or otherwise, and irrespective of whether this takes place on any
circuit or track, formed or otherwise, and regardless of any statutory authorisation of any such
events.
z Use whilst drawing a greater number of trailers than is permitted by law.
z Use for any purpose in connection with the Motor Trade.
z Use for releasing an impounded vehicle seized by police.
