GAUSS LAW
FORMULA
The total charge contained within a closed
surface, according to the Gauss theorem, is
inversely proportional to the total flux
contained within the surface. Therefore, if ϕ is
total flux and ε is electric constant, the total
electric charge Q enclosed by the surface is:
Q=ϕε
The Gauss law formula is expressed by;
ϕ=Q/εo
Where,
Q= total charge within the given surface,
ϕ = E⋅dS = qnet/εo
