Transformer Oil Dielectric Strength Tester
APPLICATION
ST Series BDV Oil Dielectric Strength Tester is designed for testing dielectric
strength(Breakdown Voltage) of insulating oil, transformer oil. It is developed according
to the requirements in International IEC-156 and International GB507-86 “Insulating Oil
Dielectric Strength Measuration”, combining the feedback opinions of all users .
The Instrument adopts a single chip as the leading part, and uses the method of
“first setting and then testing”. The whole process is controlled by an automatic
microcomputer. It is operated simply and used conveniently.

FEATURES
1. Tiny TPU-A panel printer is adopted for automatic printing out.
2. The instrument has the function of automatic detection. For example, after startup, it
enters reset ST tester to make the compressor governor reset.
3. Testing times, stirring and stationary time could be changed according to the
requirements of users. Sound control and light control remind of continuous print and
nonprint.
4. This instrument adopts full automatic magnon for stirring to tester misproportion and
air bubbles of oil sample.
5. High capacity of anti-jamming, high precision of testing.
6. Small volume, light, which can be operated in the open air very conveniently.

WARRANTY PERIOD
ASSEN Warrants the machine supplied under this specification against defects in
material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 years after
start up of the system.
ASSEN’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing the parts
which is defective, during manufacturing, or any similar parts need to be
replaced(except filter), which has to be proven within warranty period.
ASSEN will not be responsible for any indirect or wrong operation damages of the
machine.
