The document provides updated instructions for making electronic fund transfers (EFT) payments to a Mukuru card. The cardholder's Mukuru Money number, which is unique, should now be provided to payers instead of the 16-digit card number, to ensure payments are correctly reflected on the Mukuru card. Payers are instructed to use the provided Access bank details, as the Standard bank payment option is no longer available. The Mukuru Money number acts as an account number for EFT payments but is not an actual bank account number.

Card number: XXXXXXXXXXXX2532 EXTENSION 19
Dates: 07 November 2023 to 07 December 2023 0600

IMPORTANT:

We have updated the Mukuru Card. You now have your own Mukuru Money number for receiving EFT
payments. Please give the following details to anyone wanting to make an EFT payment into your card,
like your employer:

Bank: Access Bank

Branch Number: 410506

Account Number (Mukuru Money Number): 51205979755

For the reference, you do not need to use the 16-digit card number anymore. Your unique Mukuru
Money number acts as an account number and will ensure that the money reflects against your Mukuru
Card.

Please note the Standard Bank payment option will no longer be available. Please advise your
employer/ payer to switch and now use your Access Bank details as displayed above.

To get your Access Bank details anytime please dial *130*566# and choose the card option, call
0860018555 or via the Mukuru app.

Please remember that the Mukuru Card is a simplified transacting card. You can not do debit / stop
orders on it.

The unique Mukuru Money number just makes it easier for you to receive EFT payments. For instance,
your employer will be able to enter these details into their existing payroll system like any other
account.

The Mukuru Money number is NOT a bank account number, it is a unique number allocated to Mukuru Financial Services (Pty) Ltd that
allows for the correct allocation of an EFT to your Mukuru Card.
