Contractual correspondences with Client
Monitoring of potential time and cost impact of events affecting project and ensuring timely communication to Client
Capture critical events in project monthly project reports
Contractual communications to vendors related to claims and disputes,
Coordination with internal legal team for advice on contractual disputes as necessary
Risk Management: risk identification, maintaining project risk register and monitoring for risk mitigation; periodic risk reviews
Submission of Extension of Time application with supporting documents in coordination with project team
Submission of Extra claims/ Change proposals for scope change, statutory claims, extended stay, etc.
Document management for critical contractual matters
Project imports: arranging Essentiality certificates, Project Authority Certificates for duty exemptions,
Coordination with Vendors, Customer, EXIM dept., CHA for timely High Sea Sales formalities,
