Indira Gandhi National Open University

IGNOU is a NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY established by an Act of Parliament

in 1985 (Act No. 50 of 1985). The Degrees/ Diplomas/ Certificates issued by
IGNOU are recognised by all the member institutions of the Association of
Indian Universities (AIU) and are at par with the corresponding Degrees/ Master of Commerce (MCom)
Diplomas/ Certificates issued by all Indian Universities/ Deemed Universities/ Eligibility: Any graduate or equivalent from a recognized University
Institutions etc. is eligible for admission to this programme.
It is the First Open University in the Country to have been accredited with the Medium of Instruction: English
highest A++ Grade by NAAC. Duration: Minimum 2 years
The MCOM program meets the expanding needs in Commerce education at
all levels and provide necessary manpower to industry, trade, PSUs, Government

and Private enterprises in the areas like Finance, International Business and

(M.Com.) degree, a student has to complete The Discipline of Commerce. Semester- I
