This document is provided as an aid for the setup process of the Maretron EMS100 Analog engine monitoring device.
Please refer to the EMS100 Checklist for verification of compatibility, or refer to the list below of compatible engines and
instrument panels.
To enter Ems100 Setup: Main Menus<Configuration<Device Configuration<EMS100

Set up each gauge and sender according to Yanmar tables below.

1. Sender Type should be enabled as Yanmar. Example #4
2. Select your gauge type: No gauge, Yanmar/VDO, Yanmar. Example #5
3. Flywheel tachometer teeth # can be located on lower part of tachometer. Example #6(note newer instrument panels utilize an alternator signal,
this signal is amplified greatly and requires the Flywheel teeth to be configured to a lower amount ( ie 10-18 count).
