VMovers fills orders through customers calls and from the website, by which a customer fills all of
his/her details and send automatically to the VMovers Office.

Once a customer calls or pass through our website interacting with us on how to move, we
automatically reach to the customer’s home to know all the information about the things to move, the
size of the team to be used and also the capacity of the track and to confirm the moving date of the
client wish.

VMovers has two modes of Payment, Bank (Equity Bank) and Momo Pay Code through VMovers Code
which is 652233.
A half of the payment should be made before the service and the remaining to be paid at the end.

Implementation stage consists with different activities including parking, loading, transporting, arranging
and lastly cleaning. When we already agreed with the customer about the price and the date to move,
we firstly send staffs for parking everything to move before transporting and then after we also do
loading by arranging the new home and cleaning service for both sides.
After this stage it is also when we sign different agreements (Client and VMovers) to mean that the
moving process was done perfectly and nothing lost or damaged because in case it happens VMovers
takes all the responsibility.

At this last stage of recording, We record all transactions, reporting, Filling the agreements of the service
and the signatures. We are also required to hear from the customer served for the feedback and then
you rank the service provided to help the company (VMovers) on how and where to change for the sake
of our customer’s satisfaction. Finally, do a Handover to the owner of the house and thank the customer
before leaving.
