Qualification 1. The Championships is open to Sub-Junior Boys & Girls aged between 7 &
11+ Years (Born between 01/01/2012 & 31/12/2016) based on the year 2023
are eligible.
2. Athletes should be Green Belt & above holder and holder of TFI Colour Belt
ID Card.
3. Copy of Date of Birth Proof & TFI ID Card should be enclosed along-with the
Application Form. Participants should be recommended by President /
Secretary of State Taekwondo Association, Citizen of India and domicile of
the representing state holding valid TFI Id card registered not before six
months is mandatory. The copy of Corporation / Municipal Birth Certificate
and TFI Id card should be enclosed along-with application form compulsorily.
Competition
World Taekwondo new competition rules. Single elimination tournament system.
Rules
Entry fee Entry Fees of Rs. 2500/- per Athlete / Event should be deposited in
Organizers Bank Account and Original Bank Deposit Challan should be
enclosed along-with Entry Form. Last date for online submission of entry
forms (in google form format) along with entry fees, photos and relevant
documents is 25/01/2024 positively. If Entry Forms are not submitted
online before the last date Entry Fees of Rs. 3000/- should be paid. No
Entries will be accepted at the Registration Desk. Entry Fees should be
deposited in Organizers Bank Account.

Contestants : Sub-Junior Boys - 14 and Sub-Junior Girls – 14
Total : 31 Members
Protective The Championships will be conducted on ESS System. Teams are
equipment’s requested to bring their own WT recognized Taekwondo Equipments (Chest
Guard, Head Guard, Mouth Guard, Abdomen Guard etc.). Taekwondo
dobok (uniform) and taekwondo equipment’s approved by Taekwondo
Federation of India will only be permitted for use during the National
Championship and use of banned taekwondo equipment’s & dobok will
disqualify the player.
Conditions of (a) After accreditation and registration of teams, dormitory type accommodation
participation will be provided from 1st Feb 2024 Night to 5th Feb 2024 Morning.
(b) Boarding will be provided from 1st Feb 2024 Night to 4th Feb 2024 Night.
(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
(c) Apart from Team Members (Participants & Team Officials) Boarding &
Lodging will be not be provided to Extra Members, they have to make
their own arrangements.

(d) Drawing of lots :- team officials should be present for drawing of lots.
Absentees will be substituted by TFI officials.
(e) Weigh–in will be done at the designated time and venue. Absentees will be
disqualified. Original Date of Birth Proof & TFI Id card should be produced
at the time to weigh-in.
(f) A security deposit of Rs. 1,000.00 should be remitted by each team at the
time of registration which will be refunded during departure after clearing
any loss or damage cost of stadium / accommodation property, if any.
(g) Transportation will be provided before and after the championship only to
those teams who have given prior information regarding the mode of
transport, time and date of arrival and departure.
Awards Ist place : Gold Medal
IInd place : Silver Medal
IIIrd place : Two Bronze Medals
Team winners will be decided by the following pattern :
(A) Each eligible contestant will score 01 point
(B) Contestant will get 01 point for every winning match (including a bye)
(C) Gold medal will be awarded : 07 points
(D) Silver medal will be awarded : 03 points
(e) Each bronze medal will be awarded : 01 point each
Appointment of The required number of International & National referees will be appointed by TFI, these
Technical Officials Referees will be provided Boarding & Lodging during the championships.
Indemnities It shall be responsibility of the respective state associations to ensure that their
contestants have validly completed the participation forms and have them signed
by the parents / guardian and contestants indemnifying the organizers, the
officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatal of
otherwise arising in the course of participation in this championship or any
activities thereto.
Medical (a) Use of drugs or doping by any chemical substances prescribed in the WT
control regulations for doping control is strongly prohibited.
(b) TFI will carry out medical doping test among the winners at random sampling and
any winner who refuses to undergo the testing or who proves to have committed
a breach of this regulation shall be removed from the final standings, and a
disciplinary action will be taken.
Protest if In case, there is objection towards a judgment, the concerned coach / manager
any must submit the protest application form together with prescribed fee of Rs.
1000.00 (non-refundable) to the board of arbitration within ten minutes after the
pertinent contest. Deliberation will be done as per WT rules
