This Memorandum of deposit of Title Deeds executed on this------ day of---------

(Hereinafter referred to as the Borrower which expression shall whenever the context
so requires or admit, mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns).

IN FAVOUR OF: CAN FIN HOMES LTD, a registered Housing Finance company
incorporated under companies Act 1956, having its Registered Office at 29/1, Sri M
N Krishna Rao Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore-560 004 and having among others its
branch office at-----------------------. (Hereafter referred to as the Company expression
shall whenever the context so requires or admits mean and include his heirs, executors
and assigns)

1. WHEREAS on the request of the borrower/s, the company has sanctioned to


him/it loan of Rs. -------------------- on condition that repayment of the said sum
and which may be made by the company including interest, charges and cost etc.,
shall be secured by mortgage by Deposit of Title deeds of the Borrower’s
properties.

2. Now, these presents witness as follows:-

That in pursuance of the foregoing, the borrower/s hereby confirms having


deposited/deposited through its authorised representative -----------------------------

described in Schedule II hereto, to the intent that the same shall remain and be
charged by way of mortgage by deposit of title deeds for repayment to the

ultimate balance that may remain due and outstanding in the accounts of the
borrower/s with the company including principle and interest thereon at the rate
stipulated by the company from time to time, & other charges in accordance with
