Why did you apply for this position?
Owing to my passion in provision to quality and accurate healthcare in the oncology field, I
applied for this position to work with Axios International, whose reputation and goal in creating
awareness and providing patients better treatment outcomes through increased access to
healthcare is unquestionable,
With my exposure and experience in the oncology field, the advertised position is in line with
my area of interest and career goals. I will be a perfect fit and contribute immediately to roles of
the position. Lastly, I would like to be part of an organization whose values and interest align
with mine.
Why are you interested in working for AXIOS?
Having successfully set up and run a PAP in the past and read about what Axios International
does pertaining healthcare access, I feel that I have the skills and experience to carry out the
functions and the duties as required by the post I applied for hence my interest to work with you.
Having worked in this line of health provision for over 6 years, I will be a great add to the Axios
International. The role will give me a new and fresh challenge to harness my continued drive of
learning more in cancer management.
I also understand there will be more training opportunities, career development and personal
growth within Axios hence my motivation to apply.
Why are you currently on the market for a new position?
With my passion and drive towards creating a cancer free world, I would like to explore this
opportunity with Axios International to help increase direct access to cancer care and to also
learn the ever evolving and dynamic cancer care. I am therefore not in the market but to use part
of my time to do what I feel gives me fulfilment.

Give me an example of what a typical work day is like for you.
Interestingly for my current job, there are no “typical work days as it requires a lot of flexibility
to handle different situations pegged on their priorities:
It can be informed by the number of patients whose cases need immediate attention, follow up to
previously attended to patients,
At times it involves conducting community outreaches, Cancer screening programs, Cancer
education & awareness creation.
Attending educational and informative cancer conferences and talks, advocacy workshops and
many others
What would your ideal job be?
Ideally, I enjoy working in an environment that allows career growth and provides learning
opportunities.
Work environments where trust and team work are keys to success. I get personal fulfilment
when working with teams where mutual trust, respect and honesty are key components to
making a positive difference.
What is your salary expectation?
In relation my clear understanding of PAP and to the values that I hold dear in provision of
healthcare and that this is a part time role, I will expect an offer between ksh. 70,000 to 100,000.
What is your current notice period?
The notice period would be one calendar month i.e. week days only. (My current employer does
not consider weekends as working days).
What would be your availability to start?
My availability to start will be informed by having completed all the necessary documentation
and terms of employment with my next employer and adequately finalising all the clearing
requirements and regulations as laid down by my current employer.
