Those who are installing the Android app, do the test for the following five categories and
work out what all questions you've got wrong.
Also take screenshot of the final score (Don’t crop, I need the screenshot of the full mobile
screen).

Those who are installing the iOS app, can do three categories alone. There is no test option
there. So just take screenshots of three four random questions you are attempting and put it as
proof. (Don’t crop, I need the screenshot of the full mobile screen).
Whatever questions you got wrong, write it in the assignment.
Assignment 2 for 10 marks – PIVOT TABLES – CO4, Blooms level 3

Work out all of these problems using pivot table. The pivot table with headings, filters and
values are to be pasted as a solution for each question. Wherever mentioned, draw
appropriate graphs also using excel, and paste them in the report. Four marks are for solving
questions 1-4, 6-9, Four marks are for questions 5 and 10. Two marks are for formatting the
report and the neatness of the graph (with all elements present). If the reports look like copy
paste of each other, the assignment marks will be zero for the similar reports.
Sampled Data Insurance
1. Compare the insured sum for different business type. Draw an appropriate graph
showing the results.
2. For different quarters of the calendar year, what are the number of policies that have
been insured for both earthquake and flood? Represent the results in appropriate
graph.
3. Which state has more number of insurance policies for flood, and which state for
earthquake? Represent the results in appropriate graph.
4. Analyse the number of policies, the minimum, maximum and average insured value
differences in rural and urban region, and write your comment about the same.
5. Write an interesting question that can be easily answered by use of Pivot tables, also
give the answer.
Sampled Data Work Orders
6. Represent the work orders categorized as ‘rush’ as a pie chart showing percentage
distribution of various services.
7. For each quarter, how much hours of work were done by Techs 1, 2 and 3? Plot them
in an appropriate graph. Considering the total work orders done by each tech and the
total hours worked, write your comment on the same.
8. Show in pivot table and in appropriate graph, the average number of days each Lead
Tech took to start the work from the requested day.
9. Plot a pie chart showing the percentage of total cost incurred by each payment types
(accounts, P.O, COD, etc)
10. Write an interesting question that can be easily answered by use of Pivot tables, also
give the answer.
