・Surge pressure
A sudden surge pressure may occur in the liquid piping
such as water. When sensors get pressure from the piping,
it may cause a damage on the sensor chip. It is the best
way to hold the pressure under control as the surge
pressure may give damage in the piping. If there is still a
possibility of occur­­rence, we recommend the use of a
diaphragm appa­ra­tus or an accumulator in order to prevent
