1. Based on my understanding of the word "public relations," this is our commitment to other
people in the way we interact with them so that we can convey what we want to say or our
ideas. It is also a method for us to convey the knowledge we have to others. There are different
aspects of public relations; it can be in the government, in business, about a person, at an
event, or in the promotion of a product, but it only means one thing: to interact with people
and to understand each other.

2. It is said that public relations is our commitment to a community or a group of people, and
personality development is one of our own characteristics. The relation of personality
development to public relations is that it is a method to better shape our personalities by
understanding each other when it comes to opinions, ideas, and knowledge. We learn to grow,
and we can discover new knowledge because of our surroundings.

3. The first thing I did in making my personality development plan was to reflect on myself and
identify the characteristics, attitude, and personality that I have. I analyze what I should change,
enhance, or improve even more. Not only for myself but also for the people around me, what
are my goals for myself and for them. And of course, the goals that I know will motivate me to
do better in the future.
