virus company sets up a video call with an unsuspecting victim named Julius, played by friend,

after sending an email warning that his online subscription to the antivirus service has ended and

he needs to renew it to protect his computer. Unbeknownst to the scammer, Julius Isn’t so easy to

deal with.

“Hello Sir, my name is John, and I will be assisting you today”, Kindly Greeted the Scammer.

“Great, sir and you?”, asked the scammer.

“Pretty Good”, Responded Julius

“As you know sir, we are contacting you in order to help you renew your subscription with us”,

Cordially said the scammer.

“Yeah, yeah that stupid thing”, Whined Julius, “So… How do we do this?”, he asked
“Well sir we’ve actually made it a lot easier for our customers to renew their subscriptions, all

you have to do is give me your social security number, as well as you credit card information,

and ill input it into our system on my side”, answered the scammer with a smile.

“Oh, Good cause I’ve always hated this sort of online stuff with computers…. too complex for

me”, said Julius, “let me find those for you.”, he said.

Whilst looking for the information, Julius tries to spark a conversation,” So uhm, what was your

name again?”, he asked.

“John”, Politely answered the scammer.

“So, John, you got any wife or kids?”, Asked Julius Curiously.

“No, Sir Neither”, he answered.

Well, I’ll tell ya it’s not easy. It’s all day with the “Honey come help me with this” or “Honey go

fix that”. I can’t get ANY peace and quiet around this house!”, He exclaimed, “And my kids too,

they drive me crazy-

“Sir”, interrupted the scammer, “I know your situation must be hard but please let’s get back to

the task at hand.”

Julius slightly offended remarks, in a sarcastic tone, “Well I’m sorry that my personal life is

suuuch an inconvenience to you John!”

“Sir, please that’s not what I meant.”, answered the scammer apologetically yet annoyed.

“No, not everyone has it so easy, John!”, Said Julius with emotion.
“Sir please, I didn’t mean for you to take offense, I just don’t want to take too much of your time,

and I would like to help you renew your subscription as fast as possible”, said the scammer

trying to calm Julius down.

“Well, there’s no rush so slow it down”, Said Julius with sass.

The scammer sighs and responds, “I understand Sir”, looking visibly annoyed.

So anyways, here’s the information, said Julius, card number is 5, 4-
