1.1 Design

Manure Scraper of special sturdy construction, especially designed for operation with
Sticky material Handling from Belt Conveyor to Hopper.

- Scraper Forward & Backward movement by means of Hydraulic Motor.

- Forward & backward stroke of scraper 3000 mm.

- Scraper power transmitted by means of chain drive.

- Hydraulic pressure for Scraper forward & backward movement are consider from
Hydraulic Power pack.

1.5 Scope of Supply

1.5.1 Manure Scraper Type DMS 6

The Manure Scraper will be supplied in full assembled condition, which will be fitted at
TATA STEEL site under DIE Engineers Supervision.

1.5.2 Basis for Design

- DIE works standards.

Manufacturing of the equipment offered will be according to the

extensive requirements of these standards.

1.5.3 Technical Documentation

The following documentation/ manual is included in our scope of supply, 1 hard copy
and 1 soft copy in CD/DVD will be supplied. The details which contains are as follows.

- Operating and maintenance instructions with lubrication and

service schedule.
- Assembly drawings of the sub-assemblies.
- Specification of spare parts.
- Detailed drawings of the main wearing parts.
- Hydraulic diagram.
- Technical data.

1.6 Erection and Commissioning of the Equipment:

The Erection and Commissioning of the equipment will be done under the
supervision of DIE Personals.

Commissioning of this type of equipment required min 3 to 6-man days’ time as per
site & availability.

The following terms and conditions shall apply:
