Robert Dilts Logical Levels of Change

Robert Dilts identified 7 levels of logical change: vision, identity, values & beliefs, capabilities, behavior, environment, and areas of application. The levels progress from broader perceptions of one's role and larger systems at the vision level, to specific skills and behaviors at the capabilities and behavior levels, to the external environment and how one applies their skills. Understanding these levels can provide insight into driving change within an individual or organization.
