The teacher should refer to latest research papers for teaching his subject. Also more text books
have to be refereed. Reference videos should be frequently displayed in classroom. Being with
research, more emphases have to be given on project guidance to students. More self training
programs have to be attended for overall self development and to know the latest self training
techniques so that it can be shared with students. More training programs have to be attended, at
least “one” in a year. The teacher should have a frequent interaction with other teachers for
updating and exchanging knowledge. Participation of seminars and conferences should be
improved and this will enhance the quality of research and create new research ideas. Problem
based learning should be effectively included in engineering course classroom. ICT based
teaching should be included in science subjects as it create interest and improve the course
outcomes.
