Role : DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Work on build and release activities for projects (we mainly have java projects)
2. Create Jenkins pipelines, Nexus, Gitlab administration.
3. Maintain AWS infrastructure for data platform
4. Manage clusters like hadoop, kafka, zookeeper, Kubernetes, druid, Cassandra, RDS (deploy and maintain)
5. Setup and manage monitoring / alerting pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana & CloudWatch
6. Help development team with deployment activities
7. Provide general technical troubleshooting assist development teams.

Qualifications:

1. B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in computers, IT or electronics


2. Should have 7+ years of work experience
3. Should understand big data technology setups
4. Should have experience with linux / unix systems
5. Should be good at scripting and have working knowledge of python
6. Should be able to co-ordinate with team(s) for different devops activities
7. Should understand best practices for secure setups for public facing applications
8. Understanding of micro-services configuration and deployment of the same
9. Hands on experience in DevOps tools configuration on different environments.
10. Understand docker / Kubernetes deployments

Role : Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Lead design and development activities


2. Coordinate the development efforts for various products / features which may involve multiple teams
3. Should be eager to learn new technologies and implement them as required

Qualifications:

1. Should have 10+ years of work experience in software development


2. Education qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in computers, IT or electronics
3. Should have good understanding of distributed systems
4. Should have experience with some big data technologies like hadoop, spark, kafka, databases like Cassandra, hbase,
druid etc
5. Good to have experience with Kubernetes
6. Should be good at problem solving and debugging
7. Know programming languages like java, scala, python etc
8. Good to have understanding of open source technologies
