For: The Chief Murder Section Date: December 4, 2023

This is an initial report about unidentified dead body was found beside the bakeshop in
Cabreros St, Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City. This case was reported to the office at
11:00 am on December 4, 2023 by Sgt. Jay Genobiagon, Desk officer precinct no.11

Investigation revealed that about 12:00 p.m December 3, 2023 when Ms.Catherine Pis-
an, 35 year old she is a vendor beside that bakeshop of where the victim placed when
Ms. Cath starting to open her store, she noticed that the sack had blood and when she
opened the sack she shout and call for a help on her neighbor and reported the matter
to the desk officer to the nearest precinct.

The victim was a male, Filipino about 21 years old, about 5’6 tall, he had burst fade
haircut, naked body, no means of identification was found in his person.

This case is to be further investigated.

This progress report concerning an unidentified dead body which was found beside the
bakeshop in Cabreros St., Basak San Nicolas Cebu City. About 12:00 p.m December 3,
2023 the initial report on this case was submitted on December 4, 2023 under the same
case number.

Through a follow up investigation, the victim identified as Diego Bayut y Cañete, 23

years old, single a call center agent resided with his grandmother at house no. 456 San
Antonio Spurs Cebu City, at 9:00 p.m December 4, 2023 the identification was made at
the police morgue by Mr and Mrs Bayut relatives of the victim.

According to her grandmother, after take his lunch at 12:00 noon December 2, 2023 her
grandson left home for his work at BPO company but the time of his work is 4:00 p.m
her grandson said he was just going to buy something so he left early. But suddenly his
grandmother was nervous and she called him and he didn’t answer the call.

The grandmother revealed that her grandson he always answered her call, his
grandmother wondered why now he doesn’t answer her calls anymore when his body
found, he was naked.

According to Dr. Tommy S. Bara, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy, the
victim had a cut on his neck and a wound on his head presumably it was used with a
baseball bat and a sharp knife.

In view of these revelation, the theory of murder is the most probable motive to be
pursued in this investigation.

This is the final report about the unidentified dead body which was found beside the
bakeshop in Cabreros St., Basak San Nicolas Cebu City, about 12:30 p.m December 3,
2023. This case was reported to this office by Sgt. Jay Genobiagon, Desk officer of
precinct no.11 A copy of its initial report is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit A.

At 9:00 p.m December 4, 2023 the victim was identified as DIEGO BAYUT y CAÑETE,
23 years old, single, call center agent at well-known BPO company resided with his
relatives at house no.456 San Antonio Spurs Cebu city. The identification was made at
the morgue by Mr. and Mrs. Bayut relatives of the victim.

After viewing the body, the grandmother shared about why her grandson didn’t answer
her calls, because everytime she calls her grandson, he always answers the calls.

Dr. Tommy S. Bara the medical examiner who performed the autopsy, informed the
grandmother that when her grandson was bought to the morgue, he was naked, he
disclosed that the victim had two cut wounds at the head and neck pressumably caused
by a baseball bat and sharp knife which caused of death the autopsy report is attached
in this report marked as Exhibit C

The nature of the wounds inflicted on the victim, the investigation of this case was
pursued on the theory of murder daily report, sooner than expected the description of
the suspect was known, about 10:30 p.m December 2, 2023 he was apprehended
because Ms. Catherine Pis-an saw him with the blood on his arm, and she reported
immediately to a nearby precinct.

In his signed confession the suspect identified as ANDRE MAR y BALCORZA, 22 years
old, single, resided at house no.789 Malolos California street Cebu City.

The suspect revealed that about 11:50 am December 2, 2023 he just hanging out and
then he saw Diego which is the victim, going to the store to bought, because the
suspect was jealous on victim, he also likes the girl and he doesn’t want to end up
someone else, he immediately followed and killed.

When his intended victim walked towards the store, there was his opportunity to kill l,
there was no passer-by, the place was quiet, then he immediately hit and cut his neck
and wrapped in a sack and dragged like a garbage to the side of the bakeshop where
the garbage is piled up.
After taking down the respective written confession, the persons were placed under
arrest.

1. ANDRE MAR y BALCORZA single l, resided at house no.789 Malolos California

street Cebu City, arrested for murder.

In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances concerning the arrest of the suspect
and the fatal weapon, this case was considered SOLVED/CLOSED.

The corresponding charges will be filed with the prosecutor’s office

1. I am the accused in Criminal Case No. 002 for Murder before Region-7 Branch
24, Basak, Cebu City.

2. About 11:50 am I’m just hanging out and then I saw Diego which is the victim,
going to the store to bought because I was jealous on the victim, I also likes the
girl and I doesn’t want to end up someone else, I immediately followed him.

3. When my intended victim walked towards the store, there was my opportunity to

This is an initial report about a businesswoman was shot by an unidentified motorcycle-

riding gunman in Barangay lamian, bugwak holbot City. This case was reported to this
office at 11:00 a.m November 23, 2023 by Sgt. Jay Genobiagon, Desk officer of precinct
no.10
Investigation revealed that about 7:00 p.m November 22, 2023 when Mr. Joshua James
Camento, 28 years old residing at Argao Sibonga Street Cebu city, he is a vendor
nearby Barangay Lamian and he noticed that there is a gunshot over there, he reported
the matter to the desk officer of precinct.
The victim was a female, about 37 years old, about 5’3 tall, she has a birth mark on her
neck. None among the curious on lookers could give any information about the victim.
This case is to be further investigated.

This progress report concerning about a businesswoman was shot dead by an

unidentified motorcycle- riding gunmen in Barangay lamian, Bugwak Holbot City, about
7:00 p.m November 22, 2023 the initial report of this case was submitted on November
23, 2023 under the same case number.
Through a follow up investigation the victim identified as ROLLETE TABOR y TAKLO,
37 years old married owner of a coffee shop residing at house no.134 C.padilla street
Talisay City.
According to her husband the last time he saw his wife at the coffee shop and then he
trying to call his wife because he wants to go home both but his wife didn’t answer his
call, her husband wondered that where his wife now.
According to Dr. Yu Zhong, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy the victim
was hit the chest and head with the gun.
In view of this revelation, the theory of murder is the most probable motive to pursued in
this investigation.

officer of precinct no.10 A copy of its initial report is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit
A.
At 1:00 p.m on November 23, 2023 the victim was identified as ROLLETE TABOR y
TAKLO a 37 years old, married, owner of a coffee shop resided with husband at house
no.134 C.padilla street Talisay City. The identification was made at the morgue by Mr.
Salado Taklo husband of the victim. A copy of the progress report is enclosed herewith,
marked as Exhibit B.
After viewing the body, the husband inquired about the money that she brought
because his wife brought a large amount of money before leaving the shop.
Dr.Yu Zhong, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy informed the husband
when his wife brought to the morgue, she was hit at the chest and head with the bullet.
He disclosed that that gunshot was the cause of the victim’s death. The autopsy report
is attached in this report marked as Exhibit C
With the help of the witness the investigation of the case was pursued on the theory of
homicide. Sooner than expected the description of the suspect was known.
About 3:00 p.m on November 25, 2023 he was on the place that besides the coffee
shop he wanted to know that if the target died already, and the vendors saw him.
In his signed confession the suspect identified as ALDRIN DEO BAYUT Y. PALMA, 29
years old, single, native at mantalongon pigery Cebu doing odd jobs as a delivery boy at
the mantalongon Cebu, he was arrested at Alaska Cebu.
The suspect revealed that about 1:50 p.m November 21, 2023 that the victim rollete
tabor y Taklo has arrears of them and they want to kill so that she pays the sin against
them. When his intended victim passing by the place where he was waiting, he rained
bullet on the victim’s car and ran fast.
The next day November 25, he came from the coffee shop of the victim and suddenly
the vendor saw him and he reported quickly in the precinct, at about 3:30 pm the
suspect was arrested at Duljo Fatima cebu
After taking down his perspective written confession, the people were placed under
arrest.

mantalongon Cebu residing at Alaska Cebu- Arrested of homicide.

In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances concerning the arrest of the suspect,
and the weapon, this case is considered SOLVED/CLOSED.
The corresponding charges will be filed with the prosecutor’s Office.

This is an initial report about unidentified dead body which found in the alaska Ohio city,

Investigation revealed that about 12:30 a.m December 2, 2022 when Mr. Aden Dakog y
Mata 49 years old, married, security guard at mickey mouse clubhouse residing at
Tokya blurred Japan, at that time he was roving beside their club and he saw a man
lying on the floor with blood and have wound on his back, then ge reported the matter to
the desk officer of the precinct.

The victim was a male, Filipino, about 25 years old, about 5'7 tall, dark brown
complexion, burst fade haircut, naked, no mean identification was found in the person
none among the curious onlookers could give any information about the victim.

After photographing, the victim was transferred to the police morgue for autopsy

This case is to be further investigated.

This is a progress report concerning an unidentified dead body which was found alaska
Ohio city, about 12:30 a.m December 2, 2022. The initial report of this case was
submitted on December 2, 2022.

Through a follow up investigation the victim identified as ROEL SOBIONO y DEJOS, 21

years old, single, third year criminology student at the University of Cebu resided with
his parents at house no.69 lahughug Cebu, at 4:00 a.m December 2, 2022 the
identification was made at the police morgue by Mr.and Mrs . Dejos parents of the
victim.

According to the mother, the last time she saw her son alive was about 1:00 p.m
December 1, 2022 when he left home for school. She stated that her son was attending
the afternoon session class, that he usually leaves the house about 1:00 p.m. When her
son failed to arrive home about 10:00 p.m on December 1, 2022 the mother start
searching her son inquiring from the classmates, friends, relatives, and finally to the
police.

The mother revealed that her son, when he goes to school, he always wear his silver
necklace with a crucifix, his laptop and his iphone 20 pro max when his body was
found , he was naked and without those jewelry and gadgets.

According to Dr. Romel Quibot, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy the
victim was stabbed twice at the back presumably with an sharp knife.

In view of these revelations, the theory of robbery with homicide is the most probable
motive to be pursued in this investigation.

At 3:00 a.m December 2, 2022 the victim was identified as ROEL SOBIONO y DEJOS,
21 years old, single, third year criminology student at the University of Cebu resided
with his parents at house no.69 lahughug Cebu, the identification was made at the
police morgue by Mr.and Mrs . Dejos parents of the victim. A copy of the progress
report is also enclosed herewith, marked Exhibit B.

After viewing the body, the mother inquired about the gadgets and jewelry of her son.
She revealed that every time Romeo goes to school, he always wear his silver necklace
and his Iphone 20 pro max together with his laptop.

Dr. Romel Quibot the medical examiner, who performed the autopsy, informed the
mother that when her son was brought to the morgue, he was naked, and without those
described Jewelry and gadgets. He disclosed that the victim had two punctured wounds
at the back, presumably caused by a sharp knife, which caused the death. The autopsy
report is attached in this report, marked as Exhibit C

With the missing jewelry and nature of the wounds inflicted on the victim, the
investigation of this case was pursued on the theory of robbery with homicide. Sooner
than expected the description of the suspect was known.

About 12:00 midnight December 3, 2022 he was apprehended while dancing at mickey
mouse clubhouse at the north reclamation. When the suspect was apprehended while
dancing inside the Mickey Mouse clubhouse he was wearing the silver necklace that
looks like Romeo’s necklace bearing the initial RMR of the victim.

In his signed confession the suspect identified as ALDRIN DEO BAYUT Y. PALMA, 33
years old single, residing at Zamboanga sibuga, an idle, was arrested at duljo Fatima.

The suspect revealed that about 10:00 p.m December 1, 2022 after he came from the
colon market, he boarded a passenger jeepney bound for Emall , upon reaching the
South bus terminal near Emall, he noticed that he and a young man carry bags with a
laptop were the only passengers left. He was immediately attracted by the silver
necklace and iphone 20 pro max. After he alighted, he follow the student from a
distance. A strong desire was formed in his mind to rob the student of his gadgets and
jewelry. All he needed was an opportunity.
After taking down his respective written confession he is under arrest.

1. ALDRIN DEO BAYUT Y. PALMA, 33 years old single, residing at

Zamboanga sibuga, an idle, was arrested at duljo Fatima.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances concerning the arrest of the
suspect, the recovery of the stolen property and the fatal weapon, this case is
considered SOLVED/CLOSED.

This is a progress report concerning stabbing incedent at barangay marungkilo, san

Rafael Bulacan.The initial report of this case was submitted on December 8 2022 under

Through a follow up investigation the victim identified as Julie ann Arega ,29 years old
stay in waitress in a KTV bar in barangay manungkilo,San Rafael Bulacan. At 9:30 pm
December 8 2022 identification was
made at the hospital.

According to his Sister which is Joy Arega victim was having argument with the suspect
and being stabbed at her stomach her sister was tried to defend herself from the
suspect holding a knife.

According to Dr. Kaloy spinosa who examine the victim the victim was stab at the
stomach and has a critical situation both the mother and the child.

In view of these revelations, the theory of frustrated murder with Unintentional abortion
is the most probable motive to be pursued in this investigation.

Dr. Kaloy Spinosa the medical examiner of the victim the victim was stab by a knife at
her stomach. The autopsy report is attached in this report marked as exhibit c

About 9:00 am December 9 2022 he was apprehended while he doing something inside
his house in Bulacan, he was apprehended and the knife he used is in his side.

In his signed confession the susoect identified as JAYSON BIDAJA, 31 years old,
single, jobless resident of Barangay Manungkilo, San Rafael Bulacan.

The suspect revealed that aroung 8 pm that in KTV BAR he invited the two sister to go
outside to buy an pulutan but the victim still arguing the suspect because it’s not his
type for her sister .

After a long argument the suspect decide to stop the motor cycle and push her away
and the victim slap the suspect , his mind was black and then he ran away until a
minute a ago he came back with knife and stab the victim in the stomach.

After taking down his respective written confession, the following person was under
arrest,
1. JAYSON BIDAJA, 31 years old ,single , jobless resident of barangay oulo, san
Rafael Bulacan. – was arrested of FRUSTRATED MURDER WITH
UNINTENTIONAL ABORTION.

In the view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances concerning the arrest of the
suspect, the recovery of the stolen property this case is considered solve/ closed.
