Dear Mr./Ms. Chilekampally Pavan Sai,

Further to our communication dated 23-May-2022 we regret to note that you have neither reported to
work nor informed about your situation to the HR concerned within the timelines given earlier. This sudden
and unauthorized absence of yours is adversely affecting work and causing considerable hindrance to the
normal functioning of the business.
You are therefore directed to resume your work within 2 days, on (or) before 30-May-2022 or else it shall
be presumed that you do not have interest in the assignment & have voluntarily abandoned your work
since 13-May-2022 and on your own accord.
If you fail to resume work as advised above, it will be deemed that you are no longer interested in
continuing your services with Tech Mahindra and the Company shall, without prejudice to all the rights and
remedies available to it, be constrained to strike off your name from its rolls and treat your case as an
unclear exit.
