Cole slaw
100 gm mayonnaise
Sugar 10 gm
1 pcs lemon juice
5 gm black pepper
Salt as required
Carrot-100 gm

Method
Take all the vegetables and cut it into fine julienne.
Add salt and mix well, keep it for 15 minutes.
After, squeeze all the moisture from vegetable.
Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar, cream and mix together.
Keep it in fridge for further use.
Potato salad
1 kg potatoes
Salt to taste
40 ml vinegar
20 gm celery dice
50 gm mayonnaise
10 gm dill
40 gm onions dice
Parsley 2 steams
20 gm di jon mustard
10 gm black pepper
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 3/4-inch dice. Immediately place them in a large saucepan and add
enough water to cover by 1 inch.
Boil potato over medium-high heat.
Drain potatoes and transfer back to the pot.
Add vinegar and use a rubber spatula to toss gently to combine. Let stand for 20 minutes, the potatoes will still
be warm.
In a large bowl, gently stir together potatoes, celery, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, mustard, teaspoon salt,
pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour before serving. Garnish with more parsley, celery, and onion if
desired.
Beet root salad
Beetroot-500 gm
Feta cheese-50 gms
Vinegar20 ml
Salt as required
Pepper as required
Olive oil30 ml
Parsley 2 steam
method
Peel the beets and boil them for 30 minutes.
1. Place the almonds in a pan and bake until golden.
2. Mix the vinegar, maple syrup, salt, pepper and olive oil and put the Vinaigrette
aside.
3. Drain the beets and cut them in circular thin slices. Put them in a bowl, put the
Vinaigrette and mix well. Serve on a plate, add the feta cheese and garnish with
parsley.
Green salad
Onion-500 gm
Carrot-300 gm
Tomato-500 gm
Cucumber-300 gm
Lemon-5 pcs
Green chillies-100 gm
Beetroot-300 gms
Method
Take all the vegetables in a bowl and wash it in running water.
Peel all the vegetables and slice it.
Arrange it in a plate.
Add some black salt or chat masala if required.

Strawberry-100 gm

Muskmelon-200 gm
Orange-100 gm
Banana-100 gm
Apple-200 gm
Honey-100 ml
Sugar syrup-50 ml
Lemon-4 pcs
Mint leaf-1 bunch
Method
Take all the fruits and cut into required sizes.
Prepare the dressing(in a small bowl whisk honey,chop mint,sugar syrup,lemon juice)
Add the dressing into fruits and mix well.
Serve cold.
