From I-35....Take Rittimen Road Exit # 164A on (I-35) - Turn East onto Rittimen - Take your first
right onto Industry Park Drive . You will pass HEB on the left. Go straight thru the stop sign and
Labatt will be down on the left. DRIVER MUST PARK THE TRUCK IN THE OUTSIDE LOT OR ON
THE SIDE OF THE STREET THEN WALK UP TO THE GUARD SHACK WITH THE BOLS AND A
VALID CDL TO CHECK IN

BOLS MUST BE SENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY OR POSSIBLE NO PAYMENT. The lumper receipt must be turned in with the

Carrier MUST submit all relevant BOLs/PODS and any accessorial requests/documentation within 72hours of
delivery to [email protected]. Failure to receive all associated paperwork or accessorial requests within
this time frame may result in delayed payment or non-payment.

Failure to provide POD within 6 months of delivery will result in nonpayment of freight or accessorials.

Late delivery may result in non-payment of freight charges, and special damages as a consequence of being
late may apply. This includes, but is not limited to, freight charges for expedited shipments, packaging
materials, additional labor charges, storage charges, spoiled product, loss of sale, the expense of any
additional equipment, service, or alternate transportation arrangements that need to be utilized as a result of
late delivery.

All drivers must wear a mask when arriving to pick-up or delivery. Additional social distancing requirements
may be in place at the time of arrival. TQL must be notified immediately if the driver does not have a mask.

ADDENDUM TO THE BROKER/CARRIER AGREEMENT. THIS DOCUMENT IS ONLY FOR
