LETTER OF INTENTION (LOI) FOR WHITE SUGAR

We, AVIC INTERNATIONAL BEUING CO., LTD, hereby state and represent that it is our
corporate intention to purchase Brazil REFINED WHITE SUGAR (ICUMSA 45) #45 from
you:
1. Product: Brazil REFINED WHITE SUGAR (ICUMSA 45) #45
2. Price: In USD /MT CIF Main Port of China
3. Quantity: Main order25000MT x 12 Months
4. Payment terms:
a) The Seller shall open 2% performance bond to the buyer after the contract is
signed.
b) The buyer shall open MT700 to the seller, after received 2%PB.
5. Shipment date: 15 days after received MT700 from the buyer.
6. Inspection: SGS / CIC at loading port, SGS/CCIC inspection certificate as the one
of negotiation documents.
7. Documents required: company information, manufacturer
information,commercial registration, transaction records(including Export and
import declaration).
This LOL is only our company's purchase intention and is not the basis for signing the
contract. Please note that this LOI is valid for two months.
