2. Background:
Our team received a few complaints about working attitude. Staff is told to be unpunctual
and leave sooner than the time getting off work. You are reflected to be impolite and unprofessional.
Moreover, the cost of electricity and paper of the department increased rapidly. The productivity of
the team decreased seriously this month through an astonishing survey.
3. Request:
You are required to accurately follow rules and working effectively
*Working time
All staff must be punctual, and you have to work enough 8 hours a day. If you finish your work
soon, you have to ask for permission to leave.
*Attitude
Staff must be polite and respectful with all people. Furthermore, you have to be responsible for your
behavior.
*Attire
Staff must elegantly dress in formal clothing which is suitable for the working environment.
*Electricity and paper saving
Saving resources must be focused. You are not allowed to use electricity and paper squander. Staff
must turn off all electrical appliances before leaving and save paper as much as possible.
*Hard work
Staff have to work effectively and laboriously. All assignments must be finished before deadlines.

1. Introduction:
Aa requested, this report aims to evaluate the suitability of Nha Trang University for hosting Miss
Student Pageant. It also summarizes the strength and weakness of its location, facilities,
accommodations, experiences and security which the suitability depends on.
2. Location and assessment:
Nha Trang University is a large area with 4 accessibilities from 4 directions. It just takes 40
kilometers from NTU to Cam Ranh International airport and only 5 kilometers to Nha Trang train
station. In addition, it is located in the center of the city, so people will actually find it convenient to
travel and sightsee. However, NTU is located on the Lasan hill, so the topography is not suitable for
participants to walk on high heels. Moreover, all the roads around NTU are quite narrow and there
is currently only one route from the city center to NTU(via Tran Phu bridge) that leads to traffic
jams during peak hours.
3. Facilities:
The university offers an extremely large stadium whose qualities are suitable for big programs. It
also has 3 big halls which can hold thousands of people and an additional hall that is fitting small
conferences. All are equipped with high wattage air-conditioners. In addition, there is a 12-floor
versatile gome with all air-conditioned rooms. Nevertheless, except for the Versatile Home, the
remaining bathrooms are not in good conditions that have terrible smells and poor qualities.
Moreover, there are no changing rooms for participants.
4. Accommodations:
Although NTU has a large number of rooms, they are not suitable for participants to stay.
Fortunately, it only takes a few minutes to move from Nha Trang University to good-conditioned
hotels in the center with sea views. Participants easily find delicious and specialty food, but the
safety is not warranted.
5. Experiences:
Nha Trang university held many large programs and big competitions such as futusal, VBA,
vietTESOL, but it never held beauty contests.
6. Security:
The guard system is fully arranged in the areas like main gates, roads and so on, but it does not have
enough body guards to protect participants. Moreover, the security of this school is still loose that
strangers can access and cause terrible behaviors.
7. Recommendation:
Although Nha Trang University has advantages in holding a beauty contest, the disadvantages really
conflict with our contest. Therefore, we ought to choose another place to host the Miss Student
Pageant.
