Pierre Wong has over 25 years of experience in external auditing, financial advi-
sory, and business consulting for foreign companies in China. Prior to joining
the Firm, he served in management positions as Head of Shanghai in KCS (now
TMF), China Finance Director of CB Richard Ellis, as well as the Senior Manager
of KPMG Shanghai office. Pierre has provided practical accounting and busi-
ness advisory to foreign companies over his past 17 years in China.
Pierre holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a bachelor’s degree
in Chartered Accountancy from the University of Waterloo. He is both a
member of the Canadian Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the
Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
He started his career with Mackenzie Financial, a well-respected Mutual fund
company in Toronto, Canada before moving to China in 2004.

William Chan

William has over 20 years of experience in auditing, tax, and corporate adviso-
ry. He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, a Member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, and a Member
of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is also acting as an independent
non-executive director of a Hong Kong listed company.
He previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Crowe Horwath
(HK) CPA Limited for 5 years and 10 years respectively. At Crowe Horwath (HK)
CPA Limited, William was a senior audit manager in charge of a major audit
group.
Throughout his career, William provided leadership in the firms he served in a
number of complex or sizable engagements, such as initial public offering
(IPO), merger and acquisition, group restructuring, SOX 404 compliance review,
annual audit for listed companies, and multi-national corporations.
He assisted clients from various backgrounds, including some highly special-
ized industries such as telecommunication, banking, mining, petroleum,
gaming, agriculture, and education. These experiences developed his diverse,
in-depth, and up-to-date knowledge in the current business world and capital
market.

Stanley Choong

Stanley has over 12 years of experience handling initial public offerings (IPOs)
and special assignments including due diligence, special reviews, and reverse
takeovers for multinational corporations. He spent 12 years at KPMG manag-
ing a portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to large multinational corporations.
Since 2012, he has been practicing as a public accountant.
Stanley holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree from
Griffith University, Australia. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Singa-
pore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a public accountant registered with the
Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and a member of Certi-
fied Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia.

David has over 25 years of experience in audits, taxation, risk management,
and financial advisory. He has served as CFO for multiple companies including
a US NASDAQ publicly traded company. Additionally, David has served as
Senior Manager of the Audit Department for KPMG and Deloitte in numerous
locations across Asia, including Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, and Taipei. David
has since been practicing as a Public Accountant for almost 10 years.
David holds a degree in Public Finance from the National Taipei University and
has passed the national certification examination for accountants in Taiwan.
David also speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
