Dear Mr. Ganapathi Durga Musalayya,


With reference to your job application, we Crewbyte Solutions Pvt Ltd are pleased to appoint you to the
role of Process Associate in the Company based on the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Your Joining shall be commencing on or before 12th JULY 2023.
2. Working hours: All the details are mentioned in the handbook which will be provided on joining.
3. You shall be paid a gross annual salary of 3,20,000 INR (Three Lakh Twenty Thousand Rupees only) per
Annum. Your salary is confidential information and should not be discussed with other employees of Crewbyte
Solutions.
4. The salary of 15,000 INR (Fifteen Thousand Rupees only) will be paid per month in the four months of
probationary period.
5. You are generally expected to perform the following generic tasks, but not limited to:
● Support the Company in terms of Technical Development.
● Assist data analysis and presentation.
● Write reports and proposals which will be disseminated to senior management.

6. You are required to abide by the Company’s rules and regulations expressed or implied so long as they are
applicable and in force.
7. You may come across the company’s confidential information during your employment, such as developments
related to the existing and future products and services marketed or used by the company and also the data
relating to the general business operations of the company or confidential information entrusted with the
company or other person or firms. You agree to not disclose or use confidential information of any current or
prior employer.

8. You shall assign to the organization all copyrights and reproduction rights to the materials prepared by you, in connection
with your employment during your services with the organization.
9. After accepting the offer letter, the notice period for an employee to resign from the Company will be
three months. In circumstances of the Company’s decision to relieve an employee from his/her duties, the
notice period given to the associate will be one month. The Company reserves its right to recover an
amount equivalent to three months’ salary on a prorated basis if you fail to give the Company the required
notice of your separation of employment. During the notice period, you will not be entitled to avail any
kind of leave. Further, the Company may at its discretion relieve you from such a date as it may deem fit
even prior to the expiry of the notice period in the event of you initiating the separation/submitting the
resignation. Irrespective of the above, your resignation will be accepted only if you complete all the tasks
already assigned to you. Relieving/service letter would be issued to you only if you complete the exit. Your
performance will be reviewed at the end of the contract period, based on your performance the
management will make a decision to hire you or not on a regular basis.

10. During the period of employment with the organization, you should not take up any assignments with any
other company or organization either directly or indirectly on fulltime or part time basis.
11. You should handle the property of the organization with care and caution. If any damage is caused to the
equipment of the company due to negligence, you are liable to make good such loss.
12. You are liable to be transferred to any of the organization's office, client’s site or other places anywhere in
India or abroad as and when required by the company.

13. This offer is subject to the satisfactory fulfillment of the following conditions:

● This offer is valid for the aforementioned period only. You are required to inform the Company if you are
unable to commit to the schedule as per this conditional offer.

● The Company does not provide any on-site accommodation and transportation for employees.

● You will need to arrange for your own accommodation and transportation during the course of employment
with the Company If the above Terms and Conditions are acceptable to you, kindly signify your acceptance
of this offer on or before 12th JULY 2023.

You will be required to report to work by 10:00 AM on 12th JULY 2023. The onboard process will be virtual which
will be communicated through email. Keep the following documents scanned copy ready for the
documentation process during onboard process
● Certificates(s), transcript(s) or result slip(s) of academic qualifications.
● Recent passport-size photograph.
● Aadhar Card (Address Proof).
● Pan Card (Identity Proof).
● Bank Passbook front page.
● Offer and Relieving letters of your previous organizations (For Experienced).
