Booking and Reservation:


 The reservation of the banquet hall is confirmed upon receipt of a non-
refundable deposit, which will be specified at the time of booking.
 Reservation dates are subject to availability and will be secured only
upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Rental Fees:
 The rental fee for the banquet hall will be communicated upon inquiry
and is subject to change based on the event requirements.
 Additional charges may apply for extra services requested beyond the
standard rental package.
3. Payment Schedule:
 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure
the reservation.
 The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon
schedule, with full payment due no later than [insert number of days]
days prior to the event date.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
 In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
 Cancellations made [insert number of days] days prior to the event may
incur additional fees.
 Refunds for cancellations made after the full payment has been received

the room for storing


 The hotel does not accept any responsibility or liability of any nature including financial

or otherwise in case of an accident of any contractual staff who is employed by the

customer in the hotel in relation to tenting, stage/structure fabrication.


 Liability for personal belongings rests with the client, and the
management is not responsible for any loss or theft.
6. Event Conduct:
 The client agrees to conduct the event in a lawful manner and adhere to
all relevant regulations and guidelines.
 The management reserves the right to terminate the event if there is a
breach of conduct or disturbance to other guests.
7. Insurance:
 The client is encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for
their event, including liability insurance.
 The management may require proof of insurance prior to the event
date.
8. Force Majeure:
 The management will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing
its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural
disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
9. Indemnification:
 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the banquet hall from
any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.
10.Governing Law:
 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
11.Amendments:
 Any amendments or modifications to these terms and conditions must
be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

By booking the banquet hall, the client acknowledges that they have read and
understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.

 The booking party shall have no right to seek any refund of any amount paid to the hotel

as an advance, in case the booking is cancelled or postponed, due to any unforeseen

happening like war, riots, civil unrest, pandemic or an act of God or any other reason

whatsoever.

The cost of food is charged per plate and not per person. The modalities of plate counting can
be agreed upon with us in advance whereby we can appoint joint monitors to control the number
of empty plates delivered to food counters. Initially, a minimum number will be placed and then
in units of 25 as authorized from time to time by your coordinator.

 The minimum capacity guaranteed by you will be charged in full and any shortfall to the
minimum quantity will not attract any further discount.

 The hotel would not be responsible for any loss. It is advised that you use the safe in

the room for storing
