disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
9. Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the banquet hall from
any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in

The cost of food is charged per plate and not per person. The modalities of plate counting can
be agreed upon with us in advance whereby we can appoint joint monitors to control the number
of empty plates delivered to food counters. Initially, a minimum number will be placed and then
in units of 25 as authorized from time to time by your coordinator.
The minimum capacity guaranteed by you will be charged in full and any shortfall to the
minimum quantity will not attract any further discount.
